Big webbjp fan - as someone who’s also interested in sheik, it feels like maybe the answer here was more needle confirms? There was a lot of f tilt up air, which just seems all together too risky on max rage falcon. Feels like needle charging forces fatality to make a risky approach instead of just letting him yolo dair repeatedly hoping to catch Webb approaching. Feels like even if Webb struggled to kill that it’s still safer to sit back with needles and just jump away if they don’t connect or bf/up smash if they do. Just musing for myself, props to webbjp he is really fun to watch

This was kinda painful to watch ngl. Proves that only thing Shiek is good at is letting opponents build up max rage so they can kill her at 55% from center stage cuz she tickled them to 200% lmao
WebbJP’s sheik has plenty of kill power, don’t take away from fatality having good di mixups and disadvantage awareness to avoid kill confirm setups. Several nair > bouncing fish at ledge didn’t connect which could have been kills, for example, which was probably due to fatality correctly di-ing out.

Falcon can be such a nightmare for Sheik just because of those strong stray hits he can throw out, let alone speed that matches Sheik

Bruh his execution is better than yours will ever be. You also have no idea how much execution and character knowledge is required to play Sheik this well, getting this much damage. Show some respect
@@Bladieblah I'm showing respect by acknowledging that he is good, yet I can also point out that there was flawed execution in some aspects. You said it yourself, Sheik is extremely hard and requires upmost precision, precision he, at the point of this video, has room to improve

@@lucasgenolini3767 He has excellent potential to be a crazy player. Looking back at this particular set, and comparing to his most recent ones, you can already see how he has levelled up. He is one of my favourite up and coming players

I think Sheik is a good character to learn and get comfortable with, and will really force you to learn how to get kills without much cheese, but I just don’t see how she’s worth playing competitively. So much work, just to give you’re opponent rage and die at 50.

@@destroyahdestroyah9584 Falcon is definitely more than a middle weight, he's also one of the fastest fallers and the up air was slightly stale

@@destroyahdestroyah9584 She has the best frame data in the game, the best dash in the game, one of the best recoveries in the game, and some of the best edge guarding in the game already. Sheik already has a million different kill confirms, she doesn't also need the ability to kill someone as Heavy and fast falling as Falcon off of a slightly stale frame 5 tilt confirm at 140% on the floor of Small Battlefield, not to mention that her Up Air is frame 4 and already crosses up on DI?
@@TheFullPackage it was deffo better in smash 4. Besides, having good frame data means nothing when you die at 70 to cheese. If Fox can exist the way he does then I'm sure giving Sheik some kill power in the right places could work.
