I write all my work down in my small book after each day. Like you say it's just a repeat cycle but iv been doing it so long this way it takes me just a few minutes at the end if the work day. I have a simple strategy for how I mark off who's paid and owing with symbols instead of words and it's super efficient in my opinion. I don't feel any need for an app at the moment but all my notes of things to remember go in my phones note section. Everyone has their own methods and once you find that perfect setup that works for you it's a great system.
Well done Daniel It seriously is the way forward. Best business book I’ve ever read is: Shoe Dog by Phil Knight It’s the Nike story 🤟☀️ I seriously recommend you get into index fund investing The little book of common sense investing by John Bogle The simple path to wealth by J L Collins On TH-cam subscribe to Toby Newbatt And Mark Tilbury Another great book is The Snowball effect by Warren Buffet And my latest listen is superb The psychology of money 💰🤟☀️
That’s a great question Craig, as it’s making me think 🤣 It’s got to be at least 24 years ago. Because before internet banking kicked in we were putting calling slips through customers doors with a stamped addressed envelope for them to post cheques onto us. So yes 1980s to 2000 we were collecting Then stamped addressed envelope’s for around 10 years or so Then around 12 years ago more and more 😊people started using internet banking. So we phased out the envelopes 🤟☀️
Bully, some good tips on your channel mate but this is absolutely bonkers. For the sake of £19 a month you can have cleaner planner which is 10x more efficient and will provide less brain power. Would save time a be more accurate. Each to there own and all the best.
I agree. I’ve been using cleaning planner for a couple of years now. Tracks my round. Keeps track of who has paid etc. saves so much time. I do still make notes if people ask me and then transfer these notes to cleaner planner when I get home etc.
Hi Boys The reason I don’t use a planner, and I write everything down as it comes into my head ie ( journal) Is so the things I’m writing are soaked up within my subconscious mind, to allow ideas to manifest. The planners may give you business structure. But I’m trying to generate ideas 🤟☀️
@@Bullyswindowcleaningclasses I write it all down too. Bully can I ask best advice on door knocking please? I recently set aside 30 minutes a day to do some door knocking in the areas I have been working but I've yet to gain a single customer. I had thought about paying a canvasser but that does look like an expensive route, any tips or advice appreciated, thanks Dan
Hi Dan I’m sorry I’ve only just seen your comment. Just keep going Dan👍☀️ Vary your pitch, and just be yourself. Make sure you have your 3 Flyers to leave with the potential customers. As regards canvassers. I would never recommend using a canvassing company as my own experience, I’ve been ripped off a few times. Plus you can always price jobs better yourself as it’s your business, and you are not knocking doors merely for a commission.
