I don’t can every year but I make sure that I always have the jars and stuff. My mom always canned and then I did just to do it, mainly jams and fruit.
Hi Sarah Hi Rob! You explained the edible fiddle head very well. Looks like celery! Enjoy your harvest that's a great haul! Way more than we found so far! Hope you have a great weekend.
Well done guys. I spend most of my winter days canning. yes it is a mission time wise but soooo worth it when you see your pantry shelves stocked with home made food.
@@curmudgeinnakI go berserk on tomatoes in every way shape and form and ketchup and bbq sauce and chutneys. Then I do a years worth of meat spaghetti sauce. Then every kind of soup you can think of. I gave a lot of chutney to the girls at work last year and it’s was so popular I started selling it this year. Making bank …straight to the Alaska fund 😁😁😁
Hi Rob and Sarah Hope you all are doing well. That food looks delicious what a wonderful dinner date by the fire. I never even heard of fiddleheads. Sounds interesting great video guys. Looking forward to your live.
Way to go to make a guy hungry! That meal of Fiddle Heads and tuna sure sounds delicious. thanks for the life-saving lesson on picking the safe fiddle heads to eat.😟😟We'll have to check in our area. We don't have an area where there are as many as you have by you. But I'm finally able to eat the Asparagus that we planted four years ago. Delicious eating it raw right from the garden.😋😋And I know that it's safe. lol. All the best to you and Sarah. See you on the 'live'.
Well fun fact. I found out that the other one we have here is edible as well. Just not as tasty and more of a PITA to clean up lol. Hope you guys are doing well. We missed you during the live last night. Stay in touch. Tell Barb we said hi. :-).
I love watching your videos, however, I can very rarely hear you speaking. I have to turn my TV or phone way up to hear you guys. I don't have that trouble anywhere else!! Just wanted to let you know. Have a wonderful day y'all
