“Mary Poppins Returns” is delighting a new generation of viewers, but fans of the 1964 film still hold a special place for it in their hearts. “Mary Poppins” was Julie Andrews’ film debut. She won a Golden Globe and an Oscar for the role. Her hair, which was “always practically perfect in every way,” was actually a wig she wore to cover her blonde hair. Actor David Tomlinson played Mr. Banks, but he also voiced the parrot head on Mary Poppins' umbrella. #InsideEdition
