Here's a tip, when you begin production of these, paint the green mount for the D-pad black. I just got my Elite controller, and when you fit the classic D-pad, not that you ever would, you can still see a little green. This is fine in the standard design, but in yours it ruins the whole thing.
This site just buys cheap replacement parts from China and pops them into the controller for you and charges a huge premium. You can put together your own customized controller for pretty cheap. I'd recommend buying the parts directly from a manufacturer in China, like gamingcobra.com
