- It is time for the 3.5 Anniversary Festival. It's been 2 long years since we had a new Escanor unit! 2 long years! Today we got Light Attribute Escanor, The One Ultimate. Its bittersweet, but it's the only way to give our goat the treatment he deserves.
Finally after more than 18 months of waiting we officially have a new collab for Grand Cross. This time it will be The Rising of Shield Hero x Grand Cross. Naofumi, Raphtalia, Filo, & Kizuna are making their appearance on this collab banner! We should expect a new final boss, boss battle or conquest, along with a new crossover story and tons of freebies. Stay tuned for my summons, first look and review of each character.

Bro i have a strong feeling new year meli this year is going to be so stupid broken…. It’s always been like thatttt…T1 then boom Assault meli, King then boom Traitor meli… new years unit historically always stronger (not by a crazy amount sure, but a considerable amount) personally I’m going half this and half new years… i been saving like crazy aint spending a single cent on this

I think ill max go 300 before waiting to see who end of year is, bcuz ik i can get that 300 back in time. Jp should get the new year by the time our banner is ending unless Netmarble just changes up the update schedule

Traitor meli and light escanor is as good as it gets for me
I had the same mindset and now i got him 6/6 with 1.1k gems
also take note ultimate one animation is only in the night bcoz there is no sun in the at night in the manga normally the sun would set after that but he be like this sun is not going to set..... where as in the day its just standard escanor animation hope u guys noticed too!!!
When is this banner coming to global?
Wonder if the new animation will only be here for the one ultimate Escanors banner, I highly doubt they’d remove it but also wondering if that animation guarantees new unit
It does guarantee the unit. Provided when escanor shows up he transforms into ultimate escanor. When I was rerolling at first escanor showed up in my summons but didnt transform and I only got green escanor. I was so sad lol 😂
i think ultimate escanor guarantees the banner unit so i dont think they are gonna remove the animation

you can get new escanor only with new animation and not in single summons

I'm currently at 600 gems so I'm guarantee the new esconor. I'm hoping for 3/6 and a traitor meli. A Liz would be sweet too but I can't be too greedy. Best of luck everyone.

tbh i dont think ill be doing the full 900 simply bcoz the rates seem kinda bad the units are juicy but me wants freyr and stuff so imma just pull then dip out after that no point going deep only to get shafted with u know...

It looks like the new summon animations is either a guaranteed the new unit or fest character, either those 2. Tho the first one would be better for us f2p, getting the new unit guaranteed it's great.

I chased T.Meli so I went 1800 gems. Ended up 10/6 The One Ultimate in the process. Oh well I have coins for whatever Holy war unit I miss out on haha. I still have enough for one rotation Holy war new years banner tho so no complaints!
