13:24 look I'm glad they gave him that outfit, the amount of times we have had a certain outfit appear on the cards of a unit and not for the actual unit isn't ok, like festival zeldris, has his normal clothes on in the card, can't wear them, nebula zeldris, has normal clothes on in card, can't wear them, summer merlin, clothes in the cards, can't wear them, there might be others but those are the only ones I can think of, but even then, there are some unit's that should have something close to the base clothing
