Considering it has been so dry your Potatoes are great Terry. Its so hot, I'm amazed you have any blight at all there. Almost 2 and a half pounds of spuds from 2 seed potatoes, with no purchased fertiliser, is something to whoop up about. Brilliant. And that odd one looks like a thumbs up to me, so thumbs up!
It may not be blight but we just assume it is, hopefully it will not get me in a big way this year. It does prove that you don't have to put loads of fertilisers in to get a quality crop out. 🌱Happy Gardening my friend, Terry.

Agreed. Same boat here. Been using my own seed for a few years now. I did just order 3 other varieties common for us. If that works out, I'll save them too. All good Mr. Terry.

I have to say I am shocked and happy to see you get such a good crop. I will have to try this next year. I didn't know potatoes would grow together like that. I would have expected that more so in your bucket of stones lol.👍

When flowering, can it still be put on the compost pile or do I need to worry about seeds being viable? Hello Ryan, I put everything in and as long as the flowers haven't any seeds formed then I don't see any issues, going to get a couple of bags of Comfrey for my bin tomorrow and I will be using the leaves for my Comfrey pipe. 🌱Happy Gardening my friend, Terry.

There was a little water in with the comfrey but over time disintegrated

They steam really nice Babette and because they are cooked whole the taste is unbelievably good.
