- In our latest vlog, we've got a bunch of awesome stuff to share! First up, Jon's parents, who live in Canada, are here for five weeks. We also met some fans at the airport. We also tried the famous fish parcel in Labasa, and it was delicious!
Seva, gets a really special gift from his great grandmother. It was a gift passed down from his great-grandfather, making it super meaningful.
My parents did their Sevusevu when we arrived-a Fijian tradition. It's all about showing respect to Jon's uncle, who's Jon's dad's older brother.
The boys even got some awesome gifts from their grandparents. It's all about love, tradition, and good times with family.

You really know that his grand dads knife was a gift to be passed down to his namesake was the fact that he had the handle shortened and blade cut to suut him. So precious is this gift because it means livelihood in those days. Its was used to take care of farms that feeds the family.
I cried when the Great Grandma gave the special gift from their great Grand Dad to his namesake.
