Actually, those differences led China and the US to grow ever further apart
Reason 1: There's no slaughter, loot and genocide against ethnic minorities in China, the 'I Can't Breathe' incident never happened in China.
Reason 2: China does not allow 1% of the population to own more than 90% of the population's total wealth.
Reason 3: China does not allow its people to die in mass shootings, let alone let school children get massacred by guns.
Reason 4: China does not allow the drug problem to plague the country and kill more than 100,000 people every year.
Reason 5: China has never invaded other countries or engaged in colonial expansion.
Reason 6: China never interferes in the internal affairs of other countries, and never seeks and fosters agents abroad.
Reason 7: China has never based its foreign policies on 'We lied, we cheated, we stole. It reminds you of the glory of the American experiment(Pompeo)'.
Reason 8: China has never sought to dominate the world, nor deprived any country (region) of its right of development. On the contrary, China shares development and prosperity with all trading partners.
Reason 9: China will never do anything to weaken or eliminate an opponent in order to win. Instead, China is focused on bettering itself.
Reason 10: China never fires missiles at wandering balloons, but heavily invests in better infrastructures so Chinese people can enjoy better life, safety and health.
Reason 11: China advocates and practices in 'Unite and Prosper', the US pursues and believes in 'Divide and Rule', one is constructive and one is destructive.
Reason 12: China always follows Confucius philosophy 'Seek common interest and reserve difference', the US prefers 'Either at the table or on the menu (Blinken)'.
Conclusion: China's system truly reflects 'of the people, by the people, for the people', the US system betrayed Abraham Lincoln's idea, it truly manifested 'of the 1% people, by the 1% people, for the 1% people'.

China is coming back to be the leading nation in the world. China's youth is clearly going for the values of the Song and Tang dynasties. They study all the classical arts like poetry, calligraphy, painting, guqin and other classical instruments, tea culture introduced from Japan, etc. They even dress in Tang and Song costumes, eventually made by themselves. China will soon regain its traditional role as the world's leading soft power as well as material power. A simple return to how things used to be for more than 2000 years.

Although Chinese tea ceremony and ‌ Japanese tea ceremony share the same origin, they have formed their own unique styles and connotations during the long process of development. Here are the main differences between Chinese tea ceremony and Japanese tea ceremony:
Different core ideas: Chinese tea ceremony takes ‌ Confucianism as its core, integrating Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism into one, with rich contents. Japanese tea ceremony mainly reflects the Chinese ‌ Zen thought, but also integrates the spirit and ideology of Japanese people. ‌
Different aesthetic pursuits: Chinese tea ceremony advocates natural beauty and easy-going beauty, emphasizing harmony and unity with nature and the universe. Japanese tea ceremony emphasizes the beauty of simplicity and silence, and pays attention to strict procedures. ‌
Social and popular: The Chinese tea ceremony becomes a part of life and encompasses cultures at all levels of society. Japanese tea ceremony has not yet possessed the content of national culture, and is more typical. ‌
There are different kinds of tea and ways of brewing: ‌ green tea is the main type in Chinese tea ceremony, and there are also ‌ black tea, ‌ Puer tea, ‌ Tieguanyin, ‌ Dahongpao and other kinds of tea to choose from. Each tea has its unique brewing method and taste. Japanese tea ceremonies focus on ‌ matcha, using green tea powder. ‌
The connotation of tea ceremony is different: Chinese tea ceremony emphasizes casual and leisurely, and emphasizes the philosophical thought of "harmony between heaven and man". Japanese tea ceremony pays attention to the four noble truths of "harmony, respect, purity and silence", pays attention to "tea Zen blindly", and pursues the quiet beauty of Zen. ‌
The rules and forms of expression of tea ceremony are different: Chinese tea ceremony pays more attention to tea tasting and appreciation as well as self-cultivation, without excessive etiquette norms and prescribed procedures. Japanese tea ceremony rules are strict, there are strict etiquette norms, between the host and guests, between the guests have different etiquette requirements. ‌
The elements of tea house are different: the elements of Chinese tea culture include five aspects: tea art, tea people, theme, procedure and environment. The components of Japanese tea ceremony include tea, tea, camellia, architecture and props. ‌
(The above is from the official analysis)

The irony is, China never went out and used the U.S.A. as a "target" to surpass. They started out under Mao to surpass the United Kingdom and then, somewhere along the way, they switched under Deng Hsiao-peng to simply do better for themselves and make progress to benefit their own people's living standards. When they did that, they surged ahead - for themselves.
Meanwhile, the U.S., in believing that it is "Number 1" and an "exception" as we are all reminded of this all the time, thought that it doesn't need to go any higher than being "Numero Uno" and so, stayed stagnant while it went out to fight in combat games (wars). All the while, even as China began developing and even built mega-cities and structures of the 21st century, she continued to be humble and declares that it is still in developing stages and haven't reach the "top of the mountain yet" even when foreigners were starting to say that China is a developed nation. However, China refutes this and say that she still has another 800 million people to work on to bring them to Middle-class and so, she plows onwards, bringing all the advances in technology to benefit her people.
If the U.S. is being caught up and passed, it is not because the other fellow is using unfair tactics but because the U.S. has decided to "take it easy" and rest on its past laurels while the other fellow is simply trudging past. Then, when it is being passed, instead of picking up the pace, the U.S. thought that it will go knee-cap the other fellow instead, you know, break a knee-cap, or trip up an ankle, that sort of thing. This way, "the emperor who has no clothes" can still go on believing in his wonderful magical suit without having to do much more. 😁😀🤣😉

Any country doing noticable investments probably grows in prosperity.
The USA military, with it's expensive MIC and more than 800 military bases around the world is pure consumption.
Infrastructure can he investments, if done right. Building manufacturing supply lines certainly is investments.
If we did an analysis of these tings, we might get an explanation about decline and development.

China is a socialist country. The government cares about the people. They keep food, transportation, housing and healthcare expenses low.
US is a capitalist country run by private businesses. The wealthy businesses lobby our government priorities to favor themselves. Such as the defense business lobbies the government to wage wars and sell weapons.
The private businesses can care less about the people. Their responsibility is to their share holders. It is not their business to build infra-structure or solve the homeless problem. There is no short-term profit in this to please their share holders. The government is broke. Their money benefits the rich but not the other people.
Our first lesson to learn is stop waging wars. Use the money to build infra-structure and take care of the people. Now, can our politicians resist the money from the rich donors?

Here’s how the US can start learning from China: Close all of your damn military bases that you put inside other countries all over the world to contain China, Russia, Iran, etc! You’re not containing anybody except your stupid self from the rest of the world! Start focusing on improving the lives of your own average people and not only focusing on making your billionaires richer! Eliminate your corrupt two-party system that is actually a single political party that is being owned and run by the billionaires and start over with a new government that actually cares about working for the majority of the American people instead of the billionaires only! Now, if the US could learn these few things from China then prosperity would take over! Otherwise, the US would be stuck with a corrupt system of government that continues to divide people up and make the rich richer and the poor poorer!

Politics determines how wealth is distributed within a country, while wars and diplomacy determine how wealth is distributed between countries.
These are not good outcomes for the world's richest country with the most expensive military: Economic inequality, inflation, stagnant real wages for the last fifty years, costly healthcare, an expensive education system, student loan debt totaling $1.7 trillion with an average balance of $38,000, poor public transportation systems, racial inequality, mass incarceration, the militarization of police, deteriorating infrastructure, housing unaffordability, homelessness, the opioid epidemic, and gun violence.
Instead of prioritizing the welfare of its people, the US meddles in other countries to spread its version of democracy. The question is whether the USA can continue to survive with its version of democracy, not whether it can have any leadership role in the global order.
Anywhere in the world, if there is a border dispute, it is usually the result of a line drawn by an Englishman; if it is an internal dispute, it is usually the US fueling it. Difference in implementation of divide and conquer strategy.
Every day, in countless ways, China plays a pivotal role in creating a better world.

These tunnels in the video are clearly not the longest in China.
Not sure how the longest tunnel in China compare with the one in Switzerland.
But China has the most tunnels in the world, plus the most tunnels of different categories in the world.
I assume this would also include most of the longest ones, even though they may or may not have the longest one.

Then something rubbed them up the wrong way and they became highly critical ….almost as if they have a chip on their shoulders. Don’t take my word, you can check their history

U mean Socialism is better than Democracy?

    • @KuangWen0
      @KuangWen0 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

There is no clear line between Socialism and Democracy. There are similarities and differences between Socialism and Democracy.
For example, education of people, improvement of infrastructure, trade with other countries, do they belong to Socialism and Democracy?
Today, China does not care about ideology. Just do what is right for the country and people.
American military-industrial complex likes to sell weapons and America must have enemies. If a country does not obey America, the country is America's enemy. America thinks if you are my enemy's friend, then you are my enemy, and use term like axis of evil.
China thinks no country is evil. China is willing to make friends with all countries. It does not matter it is Cuba or Italy, Vietname or Germany, Russia or France. If a country befriends China, China will be your friend.

Tunnels are great as they cut down on winding highway through hilly terrain. They also shelter roads from rockslides and heavy snowfall. However, I do enjoy driving in scenic areas and be able to see the landscape. You can’t see anything driving in tunnels🥱
