After you're maxed combat you should allow yourself doing slayer without picking up the drops. This will unlock a couple of new bosses to defeat. Should be a nice addition to the series in the long run.
Slayer actually gives me not much. The best thing is the hydra leather and the rest is all pretty trash for my account. Raids will get me much better items. Plus the biggest factor if I allowed slayer and it's bosses, it would massively take away from all the theorycrafting in the series up to this point and in the future. It's what I enjoy the most and if I did unlock slayer I would honestly not want to play the account anymre

Pretty sure you could skip the teleport, and just tank the other specials, seeing as they come in a set order so you'd know when you have to run and when you dont. Would save you a lot of damage.
If you suicide in potions by just dying, they will only stay for like 35 minutes. if you shift-click drop them all before you die, they stay 2 hours! Especially for those longer raids, and if you wanna suicide more at the start, you NEED to shift-click drop the pots before dying tbh
I assume you don't have access to Arceeus spellbook on this acc , if you did then you could try use vile vigour to convert prayer to run energy and do 3:0 mage hand and 4:1 or 1:0 melee hand to take less dmg
For cox I wonder how viable using the strange fruit from venenatis and chaos ele would be for restoring run energy in there since youre suciding anyways
If you have a main account, you could do some testing to save you supplies and time on your boss locked account. I don’t remember off hand, but is there a spell that changes your prayer to run energy? That could work if you get a prayer enhance
It was just hard to test this with lower stats and only having access to lower level brews. I did run the same gear in my main and it went much better for those reasons above

It's not really gonna have a use for me. The upgrades I can get from slayer are so miner. Trident is bad for rune cost, cerb boot upgrades aren't that good, getting a claw for a lance isn't even that much better over the fang since I can't get a dwh. The only really good thing is the gloves really so I don't really need slayer

You skipped 0 specials... you need to learn how to atleast move around abit to lower damage from olm rather then brute forcing like this cause you'll get so little points that its not worth.

Changing prayers to correspond to Olms last auto is good because Olm tends to use the same attack style in sequence.
