Hi diya, your video are good but accordingly Ayurveda after 3 hours don’t eat any food, and fresh food is good for stomach, some recipe is good but other are not good for body. Morning half hours you can easily boil beans and it’s fresh for family
Hi Diya, do you have any tips for storing curry leaves? My husband is south indian and I always end up buying them frequently because they go bad in 10 days or so. Is it possible to freeze them in ziplock bags? I don't prefer drying the leaves as I've noticed the flavor changes
Hey…. I experienced the same issue as I too live outside India. I just strip off the leaves from stems without washing as slightest moisture causes rottening. And then store these leaves in a vacuumed ziplock bag. Mine are still fresh since past one month. Do give it a try :)
Hi Diya, just wondering where and how do you store some of the flours? Like bajri no lot, bhakhri or handva no lot? I usually store them in the fridge, and assuming it won't need to be refrigerated considering weather is getting colder here in Canberra. But i would still like to know how you keep them. Thanks 😊
Hello mam....I watch your every videos though I am a student .. This video is helpful.but today I expected something else.. So I am Little disappointed.. it's ok.. it's your channel... actually most of the Indian families give more importance to their son😭.. but I thought at least you are different.. anyway I love you and your kids.. So please don't misunderstand me... 🙏

Mam what is the proportion of tahini to chickpeas in your recipes?
I eyeballed it honestly..but I guess 1/2 cup tahini to 2 cups of boiled cheakpeas would be a good ratio.
U shud title yr videos as vegan for vegan recipes..as u mite help many across world
