This is brilliant! My mum had an accident two years ago, hurt her head and had to re-learn pretty much everything. While her physical recovery has been fantastic, she does tend to stumble over certain words with repeating consonants. I've been sharing clarity exercises with her but I think this one is really going to help with her specific problem. Thank you so much, Mr McStay!

Darren thank you so much, I’m so happy and relieved to have found your brilliant channel and video resources. I am a 48 year old woman, diagnosed last year with ADHD of all things! Whilst I’m pleased to have my diagnosis, I am still picking through all the side effects of living with undiagnosed adhd and one of the things is being poor at organising self care tasks, such as being on top of dentistry. I also have an internalised compulsion (stim) where I chatter my teeth unconsciously. As a result I have lost a couple of molars and am facing several thousands of pounds of dental work. Anyway, all that to say my speech has been impacted and I have lost so much confidence. I used to be considered very well spoken as a child but now find myself tripping over words and losing confidence half way through sentences or just avoiding talking altogether unless I absolutely have to. I have recently made redundant so am facing job interviews. I have done some of these exercises this morning and already feel so much more confident and chuffed to bits that there are practical ways to make a difference. Thank you!!

@@vocabilities the daily articulation exercises video I think has been the most helpful as that is an area I really need to work on. I've definitely seen an improvement since starting them! But also the 100 different voices video really helped me to look at my character voices in a more analytical way.

@@vocabilities and just to let you know, the voice I went back and re-recorded after watching your video, the author commented on as being fantastic, so thank you again!
