    1. Move your body "walk"
    2. GET UP + Start writing for 15 mins
    3. Take a shower
    4. Name your fears OUTLOUD + Exhale.
    4. Put your hands on your heart + Name your intuition
    5. Alcohol + dehydration can be triggers
    6. Read a historical book
    7. Say frequently and out loud "EVERYTHING'S OKAY. I CAN HANDLE THIS"
    8. Run music

      Individual sage leaves, burn a whole one over the body and under the feet followed by palo santo. Black tourmaline and pyrite when in public to mirror back any energy coming at you.

    Not knowing I was a sensitive, I've always talked aloud to myself. I tell my self what a supportive parent could have said, IF I had been given one. I especially love praising my accomplishments. I cook a meal and I'm the first one to say how tasty it is. Then, maybe someone else will say those kind words. Now as a 58 yo, I know that I'm my ONLY best-friend. Thanks for your continued input to help us live LIFE.

    To calm my anxiety my intuition tells me to notice beauty which will also bring me into the present moment. Thanks for the extra tips.

    It’s important to remember and this cannot be stressed enough, feelings are just feelings. They’re not right and they’re not wrong it’s just part of the human experience. But as you said pushing them down doesn’t make them go away, they will only resurface later. Acknowledging and or feeling emotions actually makes them dissipate faster. Allow yourself to be human by fully feeling then processing and dispelling all of your different emotions. ❤️

    Oh Sonia-I agree-and almost said it simultaneously…no Beethoven, yes Vivaldi and Bach! I do the same thing especially when driving. The symphony station! Anxiety is the worst when out in public, but, at home is no picnic either. I love the warm shower idea. What a soothing thing to do. Thanks for your advice, namaste ✨♥️✨

    One thing I do is ask Archangel Michael to clear all the negative energy THAT ISN’T MINE. I’m an extreme empath and I know I absorb a lot of negativity that isn’t mine. I ask that it be cleared only leaving my own personal issues. Then I know what I have to deal with. Only my gunk. I find once I ask this to happen, I notice a difference immediately. It’s incredible.

    Oh, THANK YOU SOOO much for reminding me of this!! I’d forgotten that I’m likely just feeling a whole lotta other people’ s anxiety! It started big time in March 2020, and I figured out then that it WAS humanity’s anxiety I was picking up, and not necessarily mine. I’ve forgotten and then remembered that a bunch of times since then. Bless you, dear Sonia!! 😍 🙏

      Same!! I started lots of anxiety and extreme empathy during the pandemic, cried lots during 2020, and 2021 with sorrow at what was happening around the world.. it was hard to turn it down..

    Thank you SO MUCH Sonia for this information. I am getting over a severe flu and at its worst I had difficulty breathing which would bring on an anxiety attack. It was truly awful. I was even having anxiety when I would just think about how I had felt , even though I was feeling betterr. This information is gold and will definitely try these techniques when I feel an anxiety attack coming on. God Bless You Sonia ❤❤❤

I have had many attacks from jealous people just for spreading the healing love of God around in the world. It's so sad that there are so many people who don't even realize how pure and kind the love of God is. It's nothing to get jealous about.

      Maybe they have never felt something so pure and intense and would prefer to turn away from it and cast shadows at you for promoting God's light? They are confused and walking in the fog and I hope they find the light through it....someday/somehow/someway. Keep up the good work!👍

      @@ramsayfamily4625 I wish it were that simple. They do not walk away from it. They are on a completely evil path and they just keep attacking me. Three of these jealous women, literally attempted to kill me over giving pure love friendship to a friend of mine who managed a restaurant I used to go to. They not only wanted to kill me, they wanted my beloved friend to join their satonic club and sacrifice me. It's creepy AF to think there are so many on this evil path against the love of God.

    Thank you this was wonderful Sonia! I was up in the middle of the night with such anxiety..simply naming my fears and clarifying intuition was so very helpful. The one thing is your volume is so low I could only hear some of your video.

    Cold showers help me a lot. Triggers your body to release energy, and overcome stress. Wim Hof method. I just turn down the hot slowly at the end of my shower.

    Thank you for the tools! How do you recommend navigating the difference between regular anxiety and existential fear. Like many people, I’m deconstructing my religious background and can’t shake the fear that I’m doing something evil. Fear is used to condition our behavior, and challenging those beliefs even with facts and critical thinking is still terrifying sometimes. Do you have any experience with this?

    A little bit of alcohol (1-2) drinks actually helps my anxiety but anything more than that triggers it

    I suddenly have anxiety with my new partner. I get anxious just thinking about texting him. Is this my intuition ? Only triggers ? Nothing happened but a bd viral illness be I went nuts . I’m a very sensitive empath and cannot sort this one out.
