Hackers in multiplayer a lot as well. I have never played any game with a higher percentage of hackers. Activision does not care as long as they buy skins.

Rate of fire in close range, I like SMGs and glad they're more than viable again. And for sniper support been using both AMAX and CW AK leaning towards CW AK now
Ever since they fixed the 3x, the AK became GOATed. Recoil became very manageable and it feels as good if not better than the AMAX. I wish they left the default T Post tho that thing was awesome.
Yeah first crosshair was awesome, dunno why they brought the og one. With white lines going all over its not clean. But the real disadvantage of 3x cw sight is the black fading away effect at the corners and visual distraction when moving the optic fast. İn comparison vlk 3 have none of that. İts very clean...
I was using clean living for a while but I’m on kill shot now. Still get the + in the middle(idk why but I hit more shots with it. Even run it on MW VLK). The kill shot has the + of clean living but doesn’t run lines all the way across the scope. Give it a try
Great video! Love your longer explanations of guns as it gives me a much better understanding. The M16 video for example changed it into such an op gun as soon as you explained you only needed those two bursts.
Been using the CW AK since the first AMAX nerf and it’s honestly pretty good, maybe not as good as pre nerf AMAX because of the rather high recoil but if you stay mid range with it you’re frying
I´m still confused about the whole recoil deal... all the pro players with good recoil control praise the amax but say the ak47 is hard to control... but me, a filthy casual, get along WAAAY better with the cw ak47 recoil, getting some nasty beams with the 3x scope, but I could never get used to the amax recoil while others get ridiculous beams with it...
I don't think that is really fair to put probability into a game like this. The difference between movement in your opponents, the circumstances in which you are fighting, pretty much everything, will change that probability. Someone dropshotting is so much different than someone jumpshotting/bhopping around a corner. They are not the same thing and that's why I wholeheartedly disagree with a system like that. You can only compare in a vacuum, and then break down after that why the raw stats didn't support the gunfight. Imagine in basketball if you tried to predict the probability of making a 3 pointer, based on range, where it was shot, and how close the defense was. It would change for every player. Same with gunskill and recoil control in Warzone. Steph Curry is hitting shots that Giannis couldn't do. Symfunny is going to hit shots that a 1.0 KD player simply couldn't, and Syhmfunny will hit shots that even the best of the best can't hit, because they don't play on MnKB like he does and aren't as nasty at insane flicks as he is, yet someone like Aydann consistently gets more kills than Symfunny and uses movement over raw aim in the vast majority of situations, opposite of Sym
I will def try this AK build. Playing on console with a controller the recoil on the AMAX is about as much as I can take for range but I’m gonna try and control that AK recoil and see how it goes. Keep up the excellent content!
@@stevenshatswell53 idk about that ak is more extreme than the amax. Most of these Cold War guns are good because pc can control recoil much easier than console can. If any gun I switch to from the amax it would be the xm4 since it’s a better m4a1
@@anoma1y505 I can control the CW guns just fine for the most part and I play on Xbox. The CW AK has simple recoil after the initial jump, it's only vertical. Pull back a little on the RS and your all good.
Amazing timing on this video! I literally swapped from the galil to the AK last weekend, and it honestly FRIED compared to for me! Being on kbam, I actually feel like the recoil is just as easy as, if not easier than, the amax. I just found I was killing faster and more consistently with the AK. I really believe it has all to do with the better extremities and stomach damage values hitting, especially at range, and I actually use the liberator barrel for the best BV, which makes the the AK BV stuuupid faster than the AMAX. Personal preferences for me, but it made a HUGE difference in gameplay for me!

I've also been running CW ak for since the 3x change. Very satisfying when you kill someone whilst controlling the recoil. I almost feel as confident as in DMR zone where I could run dmr+riot shield instead of a cqc secondary as the ak is to me atleast a jack of all trades, almost master of all.

Couple personal notes: 1. You used the 18.2" VDV Reinforced barrel on the AK stats, but isn't the long range meta build using the liberator? 2. In the recoil section of the video at 14:35 when reloading it looks like the AK has the bipod which is only visible in the 20" Liberator barrel 3. Isn't the 45 rounds mag on the AK adding some ADS time which is not counted on the stats? Overall great video, I've always been between those two guns and I'm using the AK for long range since I think the higher bullet velocity helps with tracking enemies.

I love the suggestion on that reticle. Would have never tried it otherwise and I really like it. I love the CW AK and the Amax but the AK is edging ahead for me. This data confirms it.
Good stuff. Only thing I wanted to see was the grouping of the shots on the target when you talked about VR... I want to try the CW AK but I love the AMAX's tighter recoil pattern in the end. When I try to finish off people with the AK, I get annoyed with that vertical recoil.

Knowing the weapons forgiveness would be a great feature. No one except for hackers is 100% accurate all the time. So knowing this, especially between weapons is super valuable

Really feel that for every MW weapon, there is a slightly faster, more forgiving CW gun with more varied attachments option that end ups being a better choice overall
The good thing about Warzone meta right now is that there's a lot of room to actually choose what weapon you want, it's not just *MAC10 everywhere* Anyways, nice video!
Adding a %headshots or even having a %each body part parameter to the ttk charts would be a great addition. You could do %headshot + %accuracy. %headshot would be rounded down so a 25% accuracy to headshot in the AK would be 1 shot (250 * .25 = 62.5 but AK does 58 so still 1). So a typical example might be AK with 25% HS accuracy and a 30% general accuracy will be 25% HS = 1 shot (250 *.25 = 62.5, *round down to nearest whole of HS) , chest to kill = 5 ((250 -58 (HS))/43 = 4.47 (5 shots), then add in bullets fired for accuracy (6 shots (prev calc)/.3 (accuracy) = 20 (if non whole num, round up). For the AK, this would be a TTK of 1.9s for a 600 RPM. This would give forgiveness and more accurate TTK. Just some thoughts. I'm a spreadsheet freak and love your site.
I find the recoil of CW AK47 really hard to control cuz of the big recoil jump pattern. It jumps a lot after a few bullets or so then tightens then jumps again.
As the top comment mentioned. This gun is best an close/medium range. Amax is better for longer engagements. My “gross loadout” is a close range cwak47 and a amax for long range.

You could run them opposite too, the Amax has a great close range ttk but it’s less consistent in every damage zone ig.

You should use Montecarlo analysis to looks at TTK by hit location combinations. Estimate probabilities based on range and recoil

I honestly prefer the amax on controller because the Cold War guns don’t have as much aim assist which makes it harder at range.
The CW AK recoil isn't that bad. The initial jump in recoil is harsh, but it's easy after that.

I actually run a double AR set up with these two guns, but I build the Cold War AK as a sub. The 2 best guns in the game in my opinion

Can't use it long range, but as a sniper support, or main AR in a come back ghost class I've been having great success with it.
