This really helps and helped me also to organise all thel in order at one particular place , so that we dont miss or panic by missing something before we start cooking.. This really helped and the best part is the way you presenting and explaining in details 😊😊

Thanks for your video from Italy. I'm found of Indian food and culture but I never been abroad so after being in an Indian restaurant I fall in love with your food.
Thank you! I've been learning and enjoying how to make curries lately and they're delicious! I even made a chickpea curry today and I don't even like chickpeas but it was super tasty!
I have tried to cover the common spices in the early half in this video. have a look at the time around 1:26 As for which masalas should be used in which dish, solely depends on personal preference. Having said that I have added a couple of recipes which uses the spices & masalas discussed here. Take a look at 5th and 6th video in the Learn To Cook - Basics playlist. Hope that may help.

I want to learn the skill of cooking and your channel could be transform into a Online Catering class if you detailed and tailored it deeply. I mean teach the core pricipal of cooking talking about Measuring, to saute the spice until extracting the flavours out of the spice.
Every seed or spice has a distinct flavour and are used for different preparations. Pepper and cloves add a hot spicy taste to the dish. According to me, pepper has a strong hotness while cloves give a mild flowery hotness. But that's just my perception.

Anyone here confuse about quantity🤢i can learn the whole process of cooking but "how much" the quantity is the main problem
What flavour dose seeds add to a dish like cloves pepper etc ?
