    Watch how the tenants respond to the leasing agent when they are showing an apartment. If they are good, the tenants will be friendly and if they are bad, the residents will avoid them.

    Its not first applied first getting the place. Its based on who they feel is the best renter. Also $300 monthly for garage parking is average. I'm a native and lifelong San Franciscsn living in upper Pac Heights

    Used to like the sound of the fog horns when I was out there. I think they turned them off.
