If you could find it, you should definitely go look for cempedak goreng/cucur cempedak, it's so good and sweet! Also, it's quite rare, but the seeds may also be boiled and eaten and they taste plenty good too(have a nutty profile)
Cucur udang have to be eaten while piping hot. Try oso koropok lekor, murtabak, nasi lemak, cempedak goreng ( also eaten piping hot ), sate with sate peanut sauce, pulut panggang etc...😊

Nowaday a lot of roti john they seperate the meat and the egg, if u can find the traditional 1 where the egg batter is include with the meat, for me that 1 is 10x more good.
