You are the best and simple chef .. No fancy food ... But full of taste .. simple .. Infact you make it so simple and easy for every one.. Love you sister keep us in your prayerss Ramadhan mubarak..
I don’t usually prepare any food for Ramadan as only me and my hubby are fasting at home and we do not eat snacks to break the fast( probably different culture habits) he is Arab and I’m not coming from a Muslim country. We do eat just our usual dinner for iftar with some salads. Well done to you for making all those Ramadan preparations 👌🏻
@@nasrineable I have tried all of those snacks before and have tried too to break the fasting with samosas and etc but is not for me, too oily and unhealthy. I do prefer to have glass of water+ few dates and tiny bit of my main meal, leaving most of it for later.
@Deen Addict that’s right ! I never break my fasting with unhealthy food. Eating something light and little first is better than filling your empty stomach with oily food.
Tbh its not that unhealthy the only thing is the flour and potatoes and sunfloweroil but you can use alternatives like coconut flour or a Low Carb flour with less sugar and olive oil, sweet potato etc I'm only talking about the samosa part though. Also I'm not saying breaking your fast with this to because this not the way of the Prophet ﷺ. So your basically following the Sunnah already because The Prophet ﷺ Sunnah is to break the fast with fresh dates; if none are available then with dry dates; if none are available then with water - because of the hadeeth of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to break his fast with fresh dates before praying; if there were no (fresh dates) then with dry dates, and if there were no (dried dates) then he would take a few sips of water. [Abu Dawod 2356 & Al-Tirmidhi 696]. 👏💪 Also a SideNote if anyone gonna use different flour alternative there's different ways of making the flour then just adding water just to save you some time and trouble 🙃.
@@NaturalSeaWave well I don’t wanted to sound as I’m judging somebody by eating unhealthy. I mean is not that unhealthy but breaking fasting 30 days with oily food is a kinda too much for the body. As you said the best is fresh dates and water. I do like having light 1/3 of my meal like salads and some high in protein food, followed by nice cup of coffee or tea and later I finishing my meal. Ramadan Mubarak to everyone ☪️
MashaAllah sis you're an inspiration 💗 how u get soo much done whilst managing the house, kids, outdoors, the lot! May Allah swt put barakat in all that you do. Ameen.x
Love to see you get yourself all organised for Ramadan. Those finger foods look so delicious. I'm a big fan of spring rolls and samosas, and I'm definitely following your recipes as you made them very easy and simple, nothing complicated, although I'll be skipping making the samosa wraps. It's easier to buy those tortilla wraps from Aldi, as I'm just lazy that way lol 😂
So inspiring sister Shamsa, I don’t know how you’re going to keep them safe for another 2 weeks 😂 my kids would finish them all before Ramadan.. I don’t know how some people can make big batches and manage to keep their kids from eating them all 😭
@@shafaqfatima8610 and then put them where? Maybe I’m thinking from my point of view, I have teenagers, they will eat them while I’m at the supermarket getting the ingredients for the next batch 😂 what works for me is to make them at the start of Ramadan and to make a fresh batch of samosas and kebabs on a weekly basis, a lot easier to do and they will only eat them at iftar time
It brings back memories of my childhood. We used to go our Muslim neighbour and break the fast with them. So much food lavished cooked and served. It was like a feast whole month. We were invited to join and shared their food. Inshallah they were generous people.
Sister Shamsa you inspired me to get brave and roll my sleeves up. Being a full time working mum i feel like I never have the time to organise for Ramadan with prepping ahead. I got all the ingredients today and done some pilau broth as well and will freeze that as well Jazakallah khair for your videos you have a beautiful positive vibe mashAllah ✨️ ❤️
Thank you baji for the recipes 🫶🏻😍 can’t wait to prep ours, this Ramadan we don’t have a kitchen since we got a renovation going on. But dad got us a small cooker for the time being so imma prep as much as I can so we have at least something homemade to open our fasts with In’sha’allah 🤲🏻🧕🏼 Ramadan Mubarak to whoever sees this comment 🕋❤

I tried making Samosa last night with the pre-made frozen sheets omg they kept cracking !!! Definitely going to try make them fresh JazakAllah Khair for sharing 💖
If they’re cracking it may be because they are becoming hard and drying out when out of the packet. Keep a tea towel covering the packet to keep them soft and prevent drying out when making the samosas
