New Traffic Lights At Kaiser Hospital (Clairemont Mesa Blvd & Thrive Drwy)

The traffic lights are not too new anymore but they still look new. They were installed here in late 2016 when the Kaiser hospital was built to the right of me and this became an intersection. Before the traffic lights, this was never an intersection and it was a 2 lane road.

All 4 pedestrian signals are countdown
