Oh yeah, I read the signs you just outlined and actually it drove me so nuts with this one girl who was exhibiting all of those, I actually had to call her out on it. She didn't admit she was doing it, but obviously she's not doing it anymore. You were spot on Melannie. Men should not make the mistake of calling the girl out on it or you are dead in the water with no hopes of swimming back to shore. Lesson learned. Not a big loss, we are both in committed relationships anyway.

its probably the only thing i've always hated about being born a guy, born male, that guys have to always be the ones to approach women and ask them out first, be the initiator in starting a relationship, it's like why can't women go after men too right?
It's actually a common misconception that men make the first move. According to science (this is the way God made us) women actually make the first move by sending the signals that they are interested. The man makes the second move by approaching/pursuing. God created women to need to be pursued AND He created men to need to pursue. As intimidating as it feels so approach, etc. you may want to ask yourself if it wouldn't just be easier to have the confidence to pursue. Wouldn't you just feel better if you were confident enough to not be stopped by this any more? Once you are truly confident + know exactly how to approach and interact with her it actually becomes fun and exciting.

You are making videos for men, but seriously, you have a lot to learn about men, because many of us don't want to be with a woman who thinks it's right to simply wait for the man to do the hard work. I did used to feel that way. My wife approached me with a birthday card and her phone number in it and a real nice note. She pases away years ago. I can approach it's not hard you have to talk enjoy communicating with many, it becomes easier. And learn the signs from Melannie.good luck

9:08 - Interesting difference between males and females; females (real ones) almost always face directly at the person they're talking to when standing. i.e. 2 females standing and in a conversation will both be facing directly at each other. Males (real ones) usually face away, i.e. a 90 degree angle. If you see 2 males standing and in a convo, they're usually facing away from each other to some extent. Think the intro to King of the Hill where the group of men are in line talking to each other, but facing away from each other.

Thank you for the great helpful video coach melanie. Unfortunately we are in the 2nd covid lockdown for 2 - 3 more weeks in England , but will hopefully be getting back to work (at the gym) hopefully in the next couple of weeks or so.
I intend and am going to put more effort in getting to know my female (coworker) crush at work more by making the right amount of eye contact ( not staring , but looking her in the eyes , then looking away for three seconds and then looking back to into her eyes again, rinse and repeat) with her while asking her questions (20%) and listening to her (80%) so she know's I'm actually really interested in getting to know her on a more personal level by paying attention to her when she's talking to me and replying in the right way.
She seems interested in me as she as (1.) She recently gave me the tucked chin look while laughing out pretty loud / giggling (done that a couple of times or so) after i said something and made a little joke out if what i said aswell at the same time, (2.) she as being orbiting a lot and intiated talking quite a bit when around me and with me since we met at Christmas 2019, (3.) When i text her she responds pretty quickly , sometimes short other times more long (lika a sentence or two).
I was trying to talk to her at work and getting to know her a lot more before second lockdown, but we were both very busy since coming back from the first lockdown , so it was difficult to find the right time to talk to her like i was doing before the first lockdown and had that amazing connection with her. Anyway when we go back to work (at the gym) in the next couple of weeks or so , I'm definitely going to do everything i can do to interact with her and get to know her a lot more, but most of all make a move on her in the most appropriate way, attempt to break the touch barrier with her by asking her if she's a competitive person, if she say yes , then i will challenge her to a game of thumb war(s) / rock , paper , scissors with her and attempt touching and holding her hand for a few seconds, but clarify if she isn't comfortable at any point then to tell me and i will STOP it straight away, so she's more comfortable and happier around me.
Apologies for the long essay. I just really like this amazing woman and giving you a bit of info how i intend to get her as my dream girl because she as all the traits I'm looking for in a real woman e.g. always happy, pleasant, polite, extremely beautiful beauty, kind , caring , loving , respectful , thoughtful, helpful e.t.c.
I'm going to do whatever i can to connect with her a lot more like i was doing before this covid pandemic, show her that I'm really interested in her , but also focus on myself because that covid pandemic is not going to get in my way of getting my dream woman from work and developing and building the bestselling connection i can get with her.

About the foot pointing thing
From a skater's perspective, I find that most people's dominant foot is their left. When someone skates with their left foot forward, they're called "regular".
But when someone skates with their right foot forward, like me, we're called "goofy".
So i would suggest looking at someone's left foot to see where it's pointing.
But I could be wrong, I mean I am right handed and my dominant foot is my right foot as well.

I always wondered if women give me signs that they want me to approach but if I overlook the signs, does the woman find it offensive that I didn't approach her since she put herself out there with the signs and I didn't respond not knowing that was a sign? Maybe she feels more insecure thinking that something is wrong with her and now feels different about me or now feels indifferent about the attraction? Advice is very appreciative here.
That can certainly be the case but it always depends on the woman. Some will send signals several times and some will no longer be interested if you missed a signal. Remember, she is putting herself out there too. She doesn't want to be rejected any more than you do. It helps to know the signs and decide if you want to do anything about it.
