Pick it up and start practicing! I’ve been making and mixing music long before breathwork and i still have a lot to learn. It’s a whole new world but an amazing skill to have. like any skill it takes practice and consistency. there’s lots of forums and youtube videos to help you get started! i’d love to see you figure it out!Wishing you the best 💖
