I actually feel like this specific breathing was a bit more difficult than I expected for the breath hold portion ( wasn't able to hold for whole time even in first session but I am usually quite good at 1:30 to 2:00 portions) so I am going to be practicing on my breath hold in s better manner now... Any additionally tips? Maybe I wasn't hydrated then?
On my journey I have noticed day-to-day my holds vary quite a bit. Maybe hydration but also stress, posture, mindset, hunger, etc affect my ability to hold. I never put pressure on myself to hold, just practicing everyday and allowing it to be as it is. Practice, practice, practice.
