@@barbaramatthews696 I think that I figured it out for myself anyway I take cholesterol meds and I read the side effects of them and that’s one of the main side effects are sweating and cramping in my legs and I’m having trouble with both of them so I’m going to talk to my doctor about it hopefully tomorrow .
I have cranial hydrosis sweating only and big big time, head, face, neck and behind my ears. My feet, hands and underarms are fine. I had this long before I started taking zinc. I do have estrogen problems.
As someone who had hyperhydrosis, I can totally relate. I tried everything and just like you was ready to accept it. But then I found out that there was a surgical procedure to stop the sweating.. I called the specialist and he said it cost $5000 USD each side. My heart just sank. That meant I'd have to fly to the US for the because I was Canadian on top of paying for the operation. Luckily he had a friend in Canada too that just so happened to specialize in this operation as well. On top of this great news, our health care covers the cost these surgeries since its not cosmetic in nature. The doctor explained there would be an incision made under the armpit to clip the nerve that causes the excessive hand and feet sweeting. This way, if the side effects were too much to handle, they can remove the clips and we would be back to the way it was. Before it was non reversible since they cut the nerve. When the surgery was complete. I had dry hand for the first time in my life. My side effects were mild. I sweated more on my chest BUT it would stop. I did this operation when I turned 18. I'm now 45. Best decision of my life and no regrets whatsoever. If anyone was to ask if to get surgery...I say go for it!

I've had this issue for about the last 5 years, including another 3 years when I started high school. My anxiety and depression was so bad I would sweat all the time. However it did improve over the years and I was less depressed and quiet. However now after been graduated from high school, even just sitting down my groin, and under, sweats when I am hot and even cold. Whenever I get cold, I put on a hoodie, and it causes me to sweat, so I'm sitting there sweating because I'm basically cold. It's affected my life for a while and I'm tired of it. It's embarrassing because my feet and groin are always sweating. I'm tired of having to change clothes, wash clothes, and theoretically shower about 2 times a day. Honestly, I just got tired of showering so now I just wait a couple days to shower. Soda, even water, makes me sweat after I drink it.
Is this some recent due to your anxiety? I am recently experiencing the same thing... I was not.. When I go outside my palms, face, and armpits start to sweat... it is very very annoying thought ...

I sweat a lot all the time even without doing anything. I need to have cooler on all the time to reduce my sweat but after I implement fasting (OMAD) into my daily lifestyle I now realized that I only sweat excessively after I eat while my body feel hot from digesting the food. when I'm in fasted state my body actually sweat less .
@Masfugo It's interesting that you've noticed a reduction in sweating since implementing OMAD (One Meal A Day) into your lifestyle. Sweating more after eating could be linked to the thermic effect of food, where your body generates heat during digestion. Fasting keeps your body in a lower energy state, which may explain why you sweat less when you're not eating. It's great that you're finding patterns that work for your body-just make sure to stay hydrated and listen to what your body needs! 😊

I got checked over by my doctor and thyroid was fine , kidneys were fine and my diabetes is controlled really well. The doctor just said some people sweat more than others and to carry a little towel about with me at the gym
Whenever I go to the gym I have to bring a towel and at least 3 tee shirts even if all I do is run a mile and stretch for 15 minutes. After only running a mile my shirt will be completely soaked and I’ll put on a new one to do my stretches and by the end of stretching the second shirt will be soaked. After I’m done I’ll wipe off as best I can with a towel and put on my 3rd shirt just so I can have a dry shirt to drive home in. My hair, face and chest definitely sweat the most. Something as small as folding towels can make me have to change my shirt afterwards.

I sweat immediately after approximately 10 seconds after drinking water...I can feel the internal heat after 10 seconds after drinking water for about 30 seconds.. Excess sweat comes if not under the cooling fan or cooling air conditioner.. I don't know what's the connection of drinking water with sweating immediately???
@kausarali3292 Sweating immediately after drinking water might be linked to your body’s thermoregulation. Sometimes, drinking cold water can trigger your body to react by warming up to maintain balance, causing temporary sweating. It could also be related to anxiety or an overactive sweat response. If this happens frequently, it’s a good idea to speak with a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions like hyperhidrosis or other metabolic issues.

@@rosemary3308 I have anxiety. I find it hard to go out sometimes. I find just doing it helps. And, when you’re out, try not to walk too fast. I found I walk really fast and it makes me worse.

What's the cause? Maybe anxiety? Or distrust in others capabilities i don't know for sure what's the cause
This could be attributed to a heightened sense of anxiety or fear when observing others in precarious situations, triggering palm sweating. However, when you're in control of the situation, such as when you climb or are in a high place, this reaction diminishes, suggesting a possible psychological rather than physiological response.
See endocrinologist for full blood work up. I had severe night sweats. Have high cortisol and a piturtary tumor. No cancer put on meds sweats stopped. Excessive sweating, even in situations where you're not engaged in physical activity or feeling overly hot, can be a common issue for some individuals. This condition is known as hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis can affect various parts of the body, including the underarms. Despite maintaining good hygiene practices, some people may still experience excessive perspiration. If this issue is affecting your daily life or causing discomfort, you may want to consider consulting with a healthcare professional. They can help determine if there's an underlying medical cause for your excessive sweating and recommend appropriate treatments, which may include prescription antiperspirants, Botox injections, or other interventions to help manage the condition. Remember, you're not alone in experiencing this, and there are effective solutions available to help you manage excessive sweating.
Excessive sweating even during periods of low activity can be a sign of hyperhidrosis or another medical condition; consulting a healthcare professional would be advisable to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.

Excessive sweating can be influenced by various factors including weight, diet, and hormonal imbalances; adopting healthier eating habits like reducing junk food and soda may help manage this. ❤️

Excessive sweating, especially in the chest area during mild activity, can be a sign of hyperhidrosis or other underlying conditions-consider consulting a healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation. ❤️
Excessive sweating near the chest area, known as focal hyperhidrosis, could be caused by hormonal changes, stress, or genetics. Evaluation by a healthcare professional can help determine the underlying cause and provide appropriate management.
@JoystickJuggler1 Excessive sweating, especially with minimal exertion, can be caused by various factors, including hyperhidrosis, anxiety, or even underlying health conditions. It's a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the cause and explore treatment options. In the meantime, staying hydrated and wearing breathable fabrics might help manage the symptoms.
I sweat pretty profusely under my arms 80% of the time. Most prevalent after I shower, while driving, or asleep. I do smoke weed i’d say a lot, which may have something to do with it but I dont do nicotine or drink coffee anymore. 6’0”, 168lbs and exercise regularly so I’m really having a tough time believing most, if not all the “treatments” out here… personally I’d rather sweat(which is healthy) rather than inject, roll on, or ingest garbage toxins for almost no reason to make me stop perspiring, which will probably lead to further, more serious issues down the road.
I understand that can be frustrating and affect your daily life. It's great that you exercise regularly and maintain a healthy lifestyle overall. While it's important to prioritize your well-being, I can appreciate your concern about using treatments that may contain unwanted chemicals.
@VladimirVladsia I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling so frustrated and uncomfortable. Sweaty forearms can be caused by various factors, like anxiety, stress, or even warm temperatures. Try calming techniques like deep breathing or cooling your room to help you relax and feel more comfortable. Remember, everyone experiences challenges, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes. You’re not alone, and taking small steps can help improve your situation bit by bit. Hang in there! 🌙✨

I have cranial hydrosis sweating only and big big time, head, face, neck and behind my ears. My feet, hands and underarms are fine. I had this long before I started taking zinc. I do have estrogen problems.
It can be a living hell to have to cope with this
i have hyperhidrosis and i literally have to wipe my hand on something like every 10 seconds and if i dont, the sweat just drips down my wrist

Soda, even water, makes me sweat after I drink it.

when I'm in fasted state my body actually sweat less .
@Masfugo It's interesting that you've noticed a reduction in sweating since implementing
OMAD (One Meal A Day) into your lifestyle. Sweating more after eating could be linked to the thermic effect of food, where your body generates heat during digestion. Fasting keeps your body in a lower energy state, which may explain why you sweat less when you're not eating.

My forehead sides are always damp ...i don't know what to do 😭
I'm miserable with excessive sweating. I only need to walk to my car, climb in and the windows steam up instantly. I went to a restaurant in December, started sweating and the nearby windows steamed up. It's ruining my life. 😦
Maybe you should go to your local water park 🤔.
I sweat due to the lack of no air conditioning. When IAM at work I sweat more then my co workers yes where i work very cold.
I think it could be my hormones me being overweight. Food I eat especially junk food and soda drinks.
I seen in tube a guy eating nothing but meat I think it's called carnivore diet. He made statement he don't sweat like he use to. It's normal sweat only. I don't know what y'all think
Excessive sweating can be influenced by various factors including weight, diet, and hormonal imbalances; adopting healthier eating habits like reducing junk food and soda may help manage this. ❤️

I can sweat through a shirt not even working out that hard. Chest sweating, if I am working on my knees or bending over I sweat more.
Excessive sweating, especially in the chest area during mild activity, can be a sign of hyperhidrosis or other underlying conditions-consider consulting a healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation. ❤️
I don’t mind sweating I can deal with that, but the odor is what bothers me. All of my labs are normal. My doctor seems not to care.
What does it smell like?
I sweat a lot near my chest area I do know why so what could be the reason
Excessive sweating near the chest area, known as focal hyperhidrosis, could be caused by hormonal changes, stress, or genetics. Evaluation by a healthcare professional can help determine the underlying cause and provide appropriate management.
My whole body sweats like I have run a marathon in just 5 minutes
Bro right now 12 am ... I wanted too sleep but my forearms are sweating ...OMG OOMGGGG WHY GOD GIVE ME THIS KIND OF DEEN ???
@VladimirVladsia I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling so frustrated and uncomfortable. Sweaty forearms can be caused by various factors, like anxiety, stress, or even warm temperatures. Try calming techniques like deep breathing or cooling your room to help you relax and feel more comfortable. Remember, everyone experiences challenges, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes. You’re not alone, and taking small steps can help improve your situation bit by bit. Hang in there! 🌙✨
