Hi Jimmy! Loved your interview with Irina @fiberchats! I’m obsessed with black too!

Thanks! Black yarn is nothing to be scared of.

My knitting club is watching you tubers. Yes, I also would like to talk about my knits with a human but that would require talking to random people and I'm super awkward.

I watch a ton of TH-cam too. Strangers are scary.

    Hi Jimmy! 👋🏽
Gonna raise my hand for the lonely knitting club....
I work a 9-5 so i cant go to knitting clubs nearby (they are during the week day and are primarily retirees :/)
Another group I heard about was a crochet group of youngins 18- early20s ... Not for me.
Where are the middle-aged knitters at?!
I even tried to get an adult skating club together in my town and 2 people have signed up 😂 😅 its hard making friends in these streets.

Haha. Good thing there is the internet to at least commiserate.

Why are your books turned with the spines in?

    • @jimmydoesknitting

Because the spines are all different colours and this makes a cleaner backdrop.

@@jimmydoesknitting in fact, books used to be stored this way to stop the boards from bowing outwards and to maintain the spine's integrity .
