Maxim Vengerov plays Beethoven Romance No.2 in F (2010)

At the 28th Korea International Music Festival on 4 November 2010, I performed this gorgeous piece with the Korean Chamber Orchestra at the Seoul Arts Centre. Please enjoy!

Haven't seen this before on Vengerov's violin!

I just noticed that his sound-post is only about 2 or 3mm behind the bridge!
I've heard and read that this violin (Strad) was veery difficult to set up, so I'm think that A LOT of sound-post adjusting was done alongside other work! I wonder if any veneers or "patches" needed to be put onto any/either plates of the violin and if the bass bar needed to be re done?? I'd love another luthier to comment with their thoughts :)
