Shondra should of had 15 episodes of the first season of Bridgerton, they should have continued Simon and Daphne's story, especially Simon's for me I feel like they should of have a spin-off of these two and not recast him at all he is irreplaceable and no man on earth is going to out do him as the Duke of Hastings. Plus, I want to see their life at the country and Daphne being a Duchess of Hastings too.
Bridgerton is the series to watch! I love that the actors are unassumingly amazing in every way. All of the characters you fall in love with and the diversity, music and all the components of this series is full on lovely. The costumes, writing, acting, OMG!!!! It is everything, absolutely everything. It is so much more than a hug-it is so tasteful and I am SO in love with this show. I finished watching it and I never re-watch a series, but will be re-watching. Rege-Jean, Phoebe and the entire team, well done! We want more!

I always thought Idris was past his prime to be Bond. He would only be able to do maybe one picture. Then, in my opinion, he would sort of "age out" of the part. Considering the cult following the books have, when Brigerton was announced, I was like, hmm 🤔 😏 exited, but also wanted to see whether they could capture the humour and wit that had me giggling and cry laughing on the bus when I first read The Duke and I. Well, wasn't I not only pleasantly surprised, but I am so delighted that these series came to be, the cast and setting is magic. Many book and film critics disparage the romance genre, well love is the oldest story to be told... The art of telling it well is hard, making it engaging and memorable is not easy. Creating characters that you would want to know what happened next, or years after takes talent and love. Long may it last 🥰
You really can't watch this show with your grandma or mom...lol It is really captivating how every character draws you in. I love the pure romance and the will they, won't they saga. The Duke of Hastings character was definitely developed very well. While I found him to be arrogant and pompous in the beginning by the end he was endearing and I was rooting for him and Daphne. Can't wait for season 2. Shonda really didn't need ABC, Netflix should have been her first love all along.
