- Having lived in china for over 4 years, I never hesitate to showcase my native food and culture to my foreign friends. Today my American and Zambian friend have a taste of the Nigerian Jollof rice and Egusi soup for the FIRST TIME EVER. It’s a very exciting video!!!

Uche you should be a Cultural Ambassador. I just love your enthusiasm and vibe. A person that did not learn to swallow as a child always end up chewing swallow. If you get used to chewing however, you wouldn't miss it. My favourite Nigerian food isbJollof Rice and Chicken👏👏👏👍👍👍

Lovely content. What makes it more interesting, is your international friends and their reactions. About your question, i swallow everything else; but i love chewing Pounded Yam! My favourite is Pounded Yam and Edikang Ikong. My favourite Rice is the one with Cocoanut flavour.
