I really appreciate watching this. i am Nigerian and i can tell you for a fact i don't enjoy all of the meals which is fine. The meat in the okra you were scared to try we call shaki which is tripe in english. Egusi is the native name for melon seeds which is blended and cooked with palm oil

Semolina is originally in powder form and what we do is turn it on fire. I love that you love the Jollof. And the egusi is made with stockfish which we call okporoko locally

You swallow the Okra Soup the one with the the white seeds in it and chew the Egusi, reason being okra is soft and easy to swallow won’t shock. Nigerian food has its own different spices which makes it unique and spicy if you are a person who loves spicy food
