When it goes on between your boyfriend and very close girlfriend the deceit and humiliation betrayal is doubled . Neither one has ever even apologized. I ended up in a mental hospital have been in therapy 2 years just now seeing light at end of tunnel, diagnosed with CPTSD

I really understand about that level of betrayal. I was commonlaw, we'd bought a house and were together 10 years. He brought a girl half his age home, because her father had just died. I feel for it, and befriended and helped her for a few months, before I figured it out. They used my church as a chasing ground, and then she moved a few doors down months before I finally knew the full extent of the affair and kicked him out. It had been so traumatic. He's been out a year, but I just found out a month ago how close she lived. It was yet another lie he told that I knew she was close, but didn't realize her damn doorway was right out my front door so near.
My ex husband of 17 yrs was having an affair with my identical twin. I got over it by water fasting for 1 week. It actually works. I know what your going through, forgive yourself and the rest will follow. I had no idea that I was the one I had to forgive. Forgive myself for not seeing the signs, for staying with an abusive asshole and cheater.
Happened to me too.
My ex had an affair and hooked up 50-100 (her words) for a year. I was working so much and so hard to give us a beautiful home and allowed her to be a stay at home mom. I knew something was up and after I finally caught her. Our life was a lie. It’s been 15 years and I’m still destroyed about her betrayal and all the lies. I can’t even get sensual with other ladies cuz I’m the moment I think about her cheating. She ruined our family and now my children have nothing to do with me cuz i coped by drinking beer. When I was thinking about harming myself I discovered those thoughts went away when I was drunk. I’m sure I have ptsd. Wish I would have sought help back then. I still can’t go around family or friends because I’m so embarrassed at what she did.
Why ashame?its their wrongdoings not ours...
I know it Hurts like hell😢 not you're Shame .. its her Shame💯
Even the term cptsd triggeres me cuz he made it about his betrayal. Even a letter in the alphabet can trigger me at this point. My life is ruined.i changed as a person
