CBD has been a game changer for me and my anxiety. I changed to CBD oil after finally deciding to get medicated (through a dr) for my anxiety, but unfortunately it made me feel worse. I changed to CBD oil and I take 25mg right when I wake up and 25mg before bed. Not enough to make me feel sleepy, but keeps anxiety extremely manageable. 🙌🏽🙌🏽
The pit doesnt make it last longer, it helps it stay green on the outer layer because once air hits avocados it starts to oxidize.. Its completly normal and doesnt mean your avocado is rotting.. When it gets fuzzy throw it out. You just have to cover it or use it all if the brown bothers you.
I’m convinced Trader Joe’s purposely doesn’t stock up on their stuff…. Any time I find anything good, I result to Amazon to repurchase it because I can never find it in stores again…. It’s created a food complex with me lol
