I had a chance to see him..... I used to work in TATA MOTORS ..... And he was visiting all the workshops..... He came to visit our shop too.... Basically people hate their bosses but he's exception.... People love him.... In the canteen he didn't ask for special plate.... He ate what we were eating..... Canteen supervisors were so tensed.....🤣🤣🤣... He loves his employees ....🤩🤩🤩 Great Guy

TATA's headquarters in Mumbai used to shelter street dogs during the torrential monsoons and floodings. He's a huge animal advocate. To the point, when they renovated the building, there was a special room made for these special animals. He's indeed one of the most humble industrialists.

I was was employed with Tata Steel (now retired from service). My happiest days as an employee of a Company. You can't imagine how humble and pure he is in person! So compassionate towards his employees! In my 35 years of service with Tata Steel I never find anything missing as far as the employee benefit is concerned! Really miss my Company (Tata Steel) till now🙏👌👍❤

Every rich person can donate, but it has to be voluntary. Mr. Tata and his ancestors believed in the charity they do. If Mr. Bezos or any other billionaire do not believe in it, he will perhaps do it one or a few times for show. However they will never make a difference like Tatas have made.

But just wrote it here coz of your reply. Even while I am writing this somebody sent me message whom I helped earlier. But right now I don't have job no money. I lost my job 4 months ago coz of the Corona pandemic. But still I don't had any problems for living these past months. May be coz of the things I did for others. I believe so... Think about this, if top 10 companies of the world decide to do what TATA does then, the war over poverty could be won across the globe and affordable medical services could be extended to all human beings all over the world. On the flip side, one company in India is doing it and ONLY nine more to go. Definitely achievable in our life time.

You need to understand so many companies are rich precisely because medical supplies are not cheap, or rather the huge margin they put on medicines. Its less of a health care system and more of a business.

In 2020 India is the pharmacy of the world and epicenter for medical tourism supplying affordable and high quality medicines and medical services.
