@@randnew1 Define what Word means, and you will see it means VOICE. God is not a mere voice, he is an existing being living way beyond our universe. His voice came to us by way of Jesus, who is not God, but spoke for him. "He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me." Tertullian also wrote that he was accused of teaching the same things as Valentinus (greatest Gnostic). He changed the word "emanations" to "prolations." This is the same thing. So, Tertullian was using Greek philosophy from Alexandria, and from a Jewish Greek philosopher, Philo of Alexandria.
The problem here is the word Person, used by the Latin fathers, and does not mean what we might think. It is clearer if we use the Greek term "hypostasis."
Not really. Hypostasis is fine, but "person" can be better if we understand its origins and etymology. From Greek "prosopon" [literally a mask, particularly one used to _personify_ characters in a play], where the masks used by the actors would lead people to create intellectual, emotional and spiritual relationship with the characters themselves [not the actors per se], this means with the mask [person] the actor was using, or rather _personifying._ In this sense, a person can then become to be understood as someone you can create this type of relationship with [intellectual, emotional and spiritual]. Therefore, God is one substance [or essence] but three persons, because He has three different relationships with us. Each one independent and distinct from each other, yet they are all the same God. These divine persons can even interact at the same time, because they are different from each other, yet they are still one same substance. This is in a similar way as how in a family we have different relationships with our father, our mother, siblings, etc., because they're all different persons, despite being one same family. God bless.
@DenisBonichov Tertullian teached that the Father is superior to the Son and the Holy Spirit. That is the Son preceded from the Father and the Holy spirit came from the Son. So his understanding of the Trinity was very different to the current understanding of the Trinity.
4:40 About Genesis 1 verse 26, Jesus had confirmed in John 17 verse 11 when Jesus pray to Father in Heaven, He said "... so that they may be one just as We are"
That's the way I would summarise the doctrine: To be predicated as God = to be necessary, eternal, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, omnibenevolent, relational, and immanent Therefore Father = Necessity, Eternality, Omnipresence, Omnipotence, Omniscience, Omnibenevolence + Son's immanent presence , Spirit's immanent presence= divine Generates / is not + Son= Necessity, Eternality, Omnipresence, Omnipotence, Omniscience, Omnibenevolence + Father's immanent presence, Spirit's immanent presence= divine Both spirate/ are not + Spirit = Necessity, Eternality, Omnipresence, Omnipotence, Omniscience, Omnibenevolence + Son's immanent presence, Son's immanent presence= divine = Trinity To be identical to God = to be identical to the Trinity, which is immanent within each individual person Therefore The Father (in whom the Trinity is immanent)is God is not The Son (in whom the Trinity is immanent) is God is not The Spirit (in whom the Trinity is immanent) is God
@@thomasthellamas9886 Neither do I 🤣. A: Each person is infinite B. Each person is really distinct. C. The three divine persons are mutually immanent. Therefore, the Trinity is not logically incoherent because we can not separate what is infinite and mutually immanent (tritheism), and we can not confuse what is really distinct (modalism).
I emailed this argument to Jake, the muslim metaphysician, and he got mad when I showed him that his representation of the LPT is false. He uses a reductive definition of God from natural theology to critique the Trinity without including relationality and immanence in the list of attributes. He then proceeds to claim that the Trinity is a logical contradiction that inevitably falls into tritheism or modalism. He had never considered the doctrine of perichoresis by which each person is identical to God in virtue of their mutual indwelling.

Tertullian also said this: "Do you not know that you are Eve? The judgment of God upon this sex lives on in this age; therefore, necessarily the guilt should live on also. You are the gateway of the devil; you are the one who unseals the curse of that tree, and you are the first one to turn your back on the divine law; you are the one who persuaded him whom the devil was not capable of corrupting; you easily destroyed the image of God, Adam. Because of what you deserve, that is, death, even the Son of God had to die."
I think everytime i watch these types of videos, i get more confused 😅😅 so this priest, is the one that brought the trinity concept inacordance to his own understanding of scripture right?
Peace be with you Friend ❤️ Tertullain is the One who First word the Word "Trinity" in Latin. However, the Concept of the Trinity Existed Before Tertullian & is shown throughout Scriptures. In response to a heresy about the Godhead, Tertullian wrote Against Praxus, which for the first time used the word trinity to describe the Godhead. Concerning Father, Son, and Spirit, Tertullian said, “These three are one substance, not one person.”
I know you're not supposed to create analogies since analogies usually tend to become some form of heresy but I like to see Divine Substance as a sort of universal that only The Father, Son and Holy Spirit share in instantiation.
Why only three persons in one God? If God's essence is (as one would assume) infinite, why can't it be distributed more generously--like, say, the body and blood of Christ, which never runs out no matter how often it's given? In any case, the question to ask of Tertullian would have been the question Karl Barth asked of Nikolai Berdyaev--"How does he know these things?"
@jackshifflett5599 The guiding question that provides resolution to all three of your questions is: What must logically happen for God, the Creator of Everything, to fulfill the greatest creation? Here are some resolution highlights to consider: Logically, the Greatest Creation is the community of other beings equal in capability and morality to the Creator, aka the community of eternally True Friends, aka sharing True Love. Since God is Love and love is a community of persons, God, himself, must be a community of persons. Namely the Lover (Father), the Beloved (Son) and the Love generated between the two (Holy Spirit). Any other people would be a type of reiteration of the second or third person because these are the only two ways to be, given one is not the Father. In eternal existence, one either always was, always is or always will be, where always is begotten/comes from always was and always will be proceeds from always was and always is. As created human beings, we only have potential to become always will be in union with the Holy Spirit through the Son of the Father. So though the Eucharist is infinitely distributed, every instance of the Eucharist is the same person. Similarly every instance of the generously distributed Holy Spirit in each one of us is the same person. Therefore, we can know things about God through union with his Holy Spirit. Thank you for your time and may God be with you 🙏

@@Ju.menderNeither “God” nor "Father" are names, but rather titles. The name of the Father has never been revealed (I will deal with the "why" and "how" of being sealed with that unknown name shortly). The only "name" revealed in the scriptures is that of Yahweh-Jesus, who is the SON of the FATHER. Notice that Jesus speaks of His Father as "My God" (Rev. 3:12). The word "God," as a title, indicates a relationship and a function. It indicates one who is a "keeper" over another. Is not a "father" also a "keeper" over his son? Therefore Jesus refers to "His Father" (Rev. 14:1) as "My God" (Rev. 3:12, see also Mt. 27:46, John 20:17, Heb. 1:9). Since we were brought into being by the Son (John 1:3, 10, Col. 1:16, Heb. 1:2), He is also our God (or keeper). The title "God" can be applied to either the Father or the Son (Heb. 1:8-9) depending on who is the acting Keeper, for there can be only one (acting) God in relation to humans. As the acting GOD (or keeper) of earth life, Yahweh-Jesus is now pictured as being on the 'right hand' of the Father (Acts 2:34, 7:55, Rom. 8:34, Ephes. 1:20, Col. 3:1, Heb. 1:3). But the mighty Father, referred to as 'the Majesty on high' (Heb. 1:3), although not actively engaged in the oversight of earth affairs, is THE GOD over all, even the KEEPER of a vast universe and of billions of spirit children in various stages of developing maturity. But to earthlings, Yahweh-Jesus is the only Creator, God and Redeemer. Besides Him there is NONE OTHER (who is the 'God' or keeper of all the earth). What has been brought into being by and through Him (I Cor. 8:6), He is responsible for (Isa. 44:6, 43:11). Excerpts from 1967 prophecy given to J. Leland Earls "Sealed with the Father's Name" from vol. 3 on The Manifested Sons of God.
You are correct. Tertullian was a subordinationist, not a Trinitarian in the Nicene sense. In Against Praxeus, the work cited by Sanctus, Tertullian wrote, "The Son is ignorant of the last day and hour, which is known to the Fahter only," as Jesus said in Matthew 24:36." He also wrote, "...the Father is the entire substance, but the Son is a derivation and portion of the whole...Thus the Father is distinct from the Son, being greater than the Son..." This is in keeping with what Jesus said in John 14:28, "The Father is greater than I."
Peace be with you Friend ❤️ The Son is Subordinate to the Father. However, that doesn't make anyone lesser than the other, because in the Bible, Submission means Cooperation.

@@Daniel_Godismyjudge--Isah33.22 it comes from a few different parts. In Genesis it says we were created in God's image. Jesus says he is one with God and later says we are all God's children and his brothers and sisters. Which means we all share the same essence. That is what he was trying to get at. He never claimed equality with God. He asked for his Father to take the cup from him if it was his desire. The church has slowly distorted our understanding, but Jesus wanted us to understand that we should love each other. That is the fulfillment of who Jesus is supposed to have been, at least I believe. A man so full of love that he could never sin against his God or another man. It takes an enormous amount of love to do something like that, which I believe is part of the essence of God. The Bible lays out everything I said, but God also says we should use discernment. Many Christians believe there are mysteries in the Bible, maybe this is one of them. In my honest opinion though. I believe Rome used Christianity to control the population. Jesus was a Jew and never changed on that. He didn't want to conform to the 620 laws that were placed there by tradition. He wanted to be able to use one law to satisfy all of them and he did that through love. Rome and Jews from past and modern times mocked him for his beliefs in that feeling of love being able to conquer all. Jews actually say that he is boiling in semen and excrement. Last thing, Paul was clearly a sexual deviant and likely gay. Take a lot of what he says with a grain of salt, because he definitely wasn't Jesus/Yeshu/Yeshua. Yeshu who I believe the Bible is about lived about 150 years before the modern telling of what we know today as the Bible. He was a good man who did preach all of those things. Many historical Jewish texts have written about him, but Christianity is stuck, which is why you see us in the position we are today. Many churches are letting hedonism take over. I started a home Bible study group called Grace Community for this very reason. They all studied in upper rooms back in the day, I don't understand why we all choose to go to a giant building with a cross that we idolize and partake in drinking of blood and eating of the body of Christ which is absolutely against God's original word of cannibalism and drinking blood. The eucharist was not a Jesus invention, it came from the Church at a later date. Sorry for going on for so long, but I have studied this for basically my entire life now. I have strong opinions on how we have been manipulated through our beliefs and how they've changed history to line-up to make us believe that what we are seeing is prophecy. People have thought for 2000 years that Jesus was coming back and they lived their entire lives and then died. But for some reason right now, we feel like we're the special ones. I can guarantee you that we aren't. We're told that he will come like a thief in the night and that no man knows the hour nor the day. So if we are all expecting it to happen, I don't understand why Christians believe it. It's almost the entire religion too. I think that modern Christianity is just a pumped up version of emotional manipulation. They play these songs in church and then tell you a sad story to get you to donate your money to something that will ultimately end up in a place that you have no control over which is another sin against God since we are commanded to be good stewards of our money. Most of these Christian organizations are corrupt and are just washing money for corporations to move into shell companies. Tons of journalism has been done on this. The current pope is the first Jesuit, which was created by a Jew in Ignatius Loyola. I believe this is how they will implement their NWO strategy. We will be seeing CBDCs and all of the United States will back Israel in the killing of another million Palestinians who have been in the land for nearly 3000 years displaced by people who have no genetic relationship to the region. Anyway, I digress. Hope all is well in your life and that God blesses you through your loyalty to him. Thank you for being kind in your comment. Most people aren't these days.
MAN IS A REPRESENTATION OF GOD ON EARTH.AND THE EARTH, A REPRESENTATION OF HIS KINDOM. AS EVE PROCEED FROM THE BOSOM OF ADAM, SO DID CHRIST PROCEED FROM THE BOSOM OF THE FATHER.
5:50 In my opinion, both are powerful, but the Father has more authority than the son and holy spirit, so much so that the father sent the son and spirit, so much so that in the old testament it seems that it was the Father, and in the sign of the cross the Father even at the top and Jesus is the path to the Father, which ends with a sign, Father, Son, Spirit, Saints, and ends with Saint, referring that both are linked and Saints
When mankind thinks of those who rule among us we often think of a single individual. One with the power and funds to do anything. One who we must obey. Over millennia of time this one strong ruler concept has proved to be more times a failure than successful. In God’s realm there are three who make up God, The Trinity. One is the Father, who’s name is hallowed One is the Son, who’s name we invoke to make a request of God One is the Spirit, this is the one with the power to make things happen Since the beginning of time this has proven to be a successful way of power sharing. At its base is the Love of God and the Forgiveness of God. Now time begins when Lucifer becomes Satan and walks away from God with his followers.
Tertullian wasnt a Nicene Crede Trinitarian though. While its True he coined the term Trinity he viewed the relationship of the Father Son and Hy Spirit differently than the Pagan iteration we know today that they are CO eternal and co equal. Tertullian thought there was a time when God was alone by himswlf prior to creating anything Jesus included
Peace be with you Friend ❤️ What did Tertullian say? “There was a time when the Son was not. . . . Before all things, God was alone.” Here it is Not saying that the Second Person of the Trinity Was Created. Rather, that there was point in time where the Second Person of the Trinity was Not always the Son. Tertullian was addressing a heretic named Hermogenes who taught that God did Not create matter, and used the title “Lord” to show that matter must be eternal for God to have eternally existed as Lord. After all, lordship implies sovereignty over something or someone and if God was eternally alone then he could not have always been Lord. Tertullian responds by arguing that lordship and fatherhood are not essential characteristics of Deity and therefore God didn’t always exist as Lord or Father. God only became Father when he begot the Son from out of his own being, from his very own substance, and began ruling as Lord only after creating matter from nothing. So, kind of how The Doctrine of "Eternal Generation" says for the Son "He was Begotten Not made".
@@Daniel_Godismyjudge--Isah33.22 Thing is brother, Jesus didn't pre exist. So Tertullian had it wrong too. Jesus was begotten as the son of God at his baptism. You say that the question of why spoke in pluralities in Genesis and that it can't be answered. I have two verifiable answers for this as well. God is speaking as plural because he is all things and was giving us that as the first sign. The idea is that the people who wrote Genesis used those words to show the power of God through words. They had the idea that he would speak as more than one, because he was bigger than all of us. These were Jewish people, do not forget. They didn't believe in your Trinity, so that isn't what they were referencing. The other idea, and the one I lean towards is that they changed it. IF it is a historical event and not just a story, then who recorded God saying this? This is before God created anything, so how do we know what he said? Do we trust Abraham or Moses? Both were sinners in their own right, and not Jesus Christ. There had to be a perfect man that came along, the odds were statistically in our favor that he would come eventually, and when he did everyone pointed to the books that at least had an idea of his arrival. Jesus isn't God and he wasn't the second person there in the beginning. Even in the first chapter of John that is an intentional mistranslation that he says he was there in the beginning. I used to believe all of the things you do, but I had to read and discern what was true and untrue. You need to take time and do the same. Don't just trust the word because is has print on it. Use your heart to find the love in the book and take that on with you.

I used to be a Trinitarian in one of the world’s largest religious denominations for 53 years and taught and raised my own family the same for 18 years. I continued in this teaching right up until the day God had mercy on me and sent me the Holy Spirit who led me into all the truth (John 16:13). What does the Spirit have to say about this? If you have eyes to see and ears to hear, listen: “At that same time Jesus was filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit, and he said, “O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for HIDING THESE THINGS FROM THOSE WHO THINK THEMSELVES WISE AND CLEVER, and for REVEALING THEM TO THE CHILDLIKE. Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way.” (Luke 10:21) “Truly I tell you,” He said, “unless you change and become like little children, you will NEVER ENTER the kingdom of heaven.” (Matt. 18:3) Now, remember that show, “Are you smarter than a 5th grader”? Are you willing to be humble and be like a child? Take the test yourself and find out. The topic is based on the doctrine of the Trinity. This doctrine declares the Godhead is triune being comprised of Father, Son and Holy Spirit who are “co-equal” with each other and “are all God”. Without being a bible scholar or having to twist scripture, this is really quite simple. Ready to test yourself? Elementary 5th grade reading and basic 2nd grade math show us the truth of this matter; hence being like a child just like our Lord said: Open your Bible (most won’t), go to the gospel of John and read John 1:1-3 as it is written: In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him.” (John 1:1-3) Now do the basic math. How many God beings do you count? 2 or 3? Having established that both the Father and the Son are God from what you just read, now read the following verses: John 5:17, 5:19, 5:20, 5:21, 5:22, 5:23, 5:26, 5:30, 5:36, 8:28, 12:50, 10:30, 14:6, 14:23, 14:28, 15:10, 17:3, 17:5, Rom. 1:1, Rom. 1:27, 1 Cor. 1:3, 1 Cor. 1:9, 1 Cor. 8:6-7, 1 Cor. 15:27-28, 2 Cor. 1:2-3, Eph. 1:2, 5:20, Philip. 1:2, Col. 1:3, 1 Thess. 1:3, 2 Thess. 1:2, Phil. 1:3, Heb. 1:8-13, 1 Peter 1:3, 2 Peter 1:2, 1 John 1:3, 1: John 5:20, 2 John 1:3, 2 John 1:9, Rev. 3:12, 7:10, 21:22-23. Now do the basic math. How many God beings do you count? 2 or 3? Now, ask honestly ask yourself, where in this world does 1 + 1 =3? The Spirit can keep going on with many more verses just like this. If you have the humility to be honest with yourself and what you just read, you will see the plain truth and the trinity doctrine is debunked. If the Holy Spirit was in fact God, why was he left out of all those verses? What happened to being co-equal? Little children truly believe in Santa Claus in all sincerity up until the day they discover the ugly truth of the matter, right? This isn’t any different. Why anyone would continue to believe in a lie after the truth has been revealed with the preponderance of overwhelming evidence? Ripping the band aid off hurts, doesn’t it? But, “the truth will set you free” (John 8:32). So now that you have read and seen the truth for yourself, do you still believe in the false trinity doctrine or did you fail the 5th grade test? If you failed it and still believe in the doctrines of men and not God, go to your Bible and read John 8:47. That is the harsh reality friend. Another biblical fact: Nowhere in the Bible does it say that the Holy Spirit is God. Nowhere! Christ also said, “the Father is greater than I” (John 14:28). Clearly, Christ by his very statement of fact said they are NOT co-equal! This totally scotches the doctrine of the trinity that claims the Father, Son and Spirit are co-equal. Who on earth would dare call Christ a liar? It’s sheer foolishness! How can anyone believe in the false doctrine of the trinity after reading the gospel of John? The gospel of John and other books of the Bible clearly testify that the doctrine of the triune god is a lie (John 1:1-3). The word “trinity” isn’t even written anywhere in the Bible, why would anyone believe it? The world foolishly says about the Spirit of God that he is “God the Spirit”. Christ tells us that “God IS spirit” (John 4:24). Do you see how foolish this is already? Why does God need a Spirit if he already IS spirit? It is the Spirit of God. The word “OF” being paramount as the Spirit belongs to God and Christ; the word “OF” denotes possession/ownership. They own it and they sent it (John 16:15) Don’t know who the Holy Spirit is? Simple, read John 1:51 and Hebrews 1:7, 1:14, and Psalm 104:4. There is our Helper in plain sight yet most are so blinded by the years of false teaching and lies they can’t see the truth. Spirit of God, the Spirit of the Lord, the Spirit = Holy Spirit. Read Hebrews 1:7 and Psalm 104:4. Now go to the Book of Acts and read Acts 2:1-4 (The Coming of the Holy Spirit). This isn’t hard to figure out. Still can’t see? Paul cautioned us about false humility and the worship of angles (Col. 2:18). The Holy Spirit warned John twice in the Book of Revelation that he should not be worshiped (Rev. 19:10, 22:8-9). Let’s really simplify this: If a fallen angel is a demon/evil spirit that belongs to Satan (Rev. 12:7), then an angel of God can only be what? A Holy Spirit because he belongs to God who is holy (Lev. 11:44, 1 Peter 1:16). Think about it, if the Holy Spirit was a single 3rd person of the Godhead, how is it even possible we can we all have him? See how foolish this is already? Do I get the Holy Spirit today and borrow him to you tomorrow? Can you see how foolish this world’s wisdom is. The answer is found again in Matthew 18:10 for it is written: “Beware that you don't look down on any of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven THEIR ANGELS are always in the presence of my heavenly Father.” (Matt. 18:10). The words “their angels” (Holy Spirit) shows ownership. The Holy Spirit for each one of us was not sent until Christ came into his glory (John 7:39). Let the Bible explain itself, it's quite simple and straightforward. The teaching is very simple without having to twist scripture and believe in something that just isn't there like the word “trinity”. Biblical truth is solely based on the word of God (John 17:17) It’s time to unlearn one of the greatest lies of so called “modern Christianity”. Believe in what Christ said and taught. Believe in what is actually and clearly written in the word of God and not in the invented mythology or eisegesis of men. Get this, if you are worshiping the pagan invented god known as the “trinity”, you will never, ever receive the Holy Spirit (Acts 5:32) as you are breaking the 1st Commandment, a spiritual law of God’s coming kingdom (Rom. 7:14, Rev. 11:19) by creating your own god made up in the mythology and eisegesis of men. “that their hearts may be encouraged, being KNIT together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, BOTH of the FATHER AND OF CHRIST, IN WHOM are hidden ALL the treasures of WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE.” (Col. 2:2-3 NKJV). Whom has ALL the treasures of wisdom and knowledge as you just read? The Father and Christ. Again, how many God beings do you count? 2 or 3? Lay down your pride and what you think you know about God and the Bible and unlearn the lies. Repent and let God through the Holy Spirit teach you. Unless you become like a child, you will never enter the Kingdom of God. Forget what you think you know as the Lord has sent me to reveal the simplicity of his teaching in spirit and truth. Finally, let’s read Proverbs 30:4 together: “Who has ascended into heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is HIS NAME, and what is HIS SON’S NAME, If you know? One more time, how many God beings do you count? 2 or 3? Still don’t believe it? Let’s continue reading the rest of it: “Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him. DO NOT ADD TO HIS WORD, Lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar.” (Prov. 30:5-6) FACT: The word “trinity” isn’t found anywhere in the Bible as it is “added” to His word. So now ask yourself, who is the liar? If today you hear his voice, harden not your heart! Repent for the Kingdom of God is near!
The Trimurti are the most prominent deities of contemporary Hinduism. This consists of Brahma- the Creator, Vishnu- the Preserver, and Shiva- the Destroyer

You should probably read more of Tertullian’s works… He was not a trinitarian. He believed… That there was a time when the son was not. He was closer to an Arian, than a trinitarian. In fact he’s considered a pre-Arian… since he lived before Arius. He used the Latin term trinitas, which is where the word trinity was stolen from. But he was no trinitarian. In fact, he is basically a heretic according to trinitarians. Sorry to tell you, but your trinitarian church father… is anything but a trinitarian. Why do you think the guy who literally used the term trinitas and gets credit for the trinity word, isn’t a saint?
@@Daniel_Godismyjudge--Isah33.22 And no one figured it out until 300ish years after Jesus? So everyone before then believed in a false doctrine/god? And Jesus... who declared the Father... Didn't expressly say it to anyone? The single most important thing to know... in the history of mankind... was neglected to be taught plainly? Only religious leaders a few hundred years later would be able to decipher the hidden code? Don't forget who wanted Jesus crucified... religious leaders in power.
@@Daniel_Godismyjudge--Isah33.22 And again... No one knew that until 300ish years after Jesus??? That doesn't tell you anything??? That after the "church" began it's rise to power, the doctrine appeared... but before that, nothing? The closest thing you'll find is people who believe Jesus preexisted birth and was the first thing God made. Even Tertullian, the guy who used the word 'trinitas', which is where you get your word 'trinity' from.... wasn't a trinitarian. One of your so called 'church fathers' was by definition a heretic to trinitarians.
Tertullian was one of the few Church Fathers who actually witnessed humans with the Prophetic Gift being used in a state of mediumistic trance by God's Holy Spirit to address an early Christian audience in their native language. He gets the relationship between God and Christ correct but is still in error over the whole Holy Spirit thingy. God is a Holy Spirit - He is the Holiest of Holy Spirits - best described in modern parlance as "The Big Cheese". God created Christ of the exact same substance as Himself and invested Him with full creative powers and told Him to create a vast spiritual family of Heavenly Nations - the semblance of which is seen on earth in their fallen state. Those Heavenly nations and families are today depleted of 1/3 of their citizens due to participation to a greater or lesser degree in the rebellious coup attempt by Lucifer, against the throne of Christ many aeons ago. The coup attempt was typical of what we experience on earth when someone considers they would make a far better ruler than the incumbent King. Christ first created pairs of Archangels, male and female, and it is from those first spiritual couples that the population of Heaven grew. Every Heavenly spirit that is dispatched to earth to minister to humans under God's Plan of Redemption is in fact a Holy Spirit. Holy Spirits come from Heaven and unholy spirits, we refer to them as evil spirits, visit earth from Satan's Kingdom. The Apostles left us instructions as to how to discern the origins of spirits - Holy Spirits conduct themselves with decorum and profess the part Jesus played in God's Plan of Redemption and unholy spirits deny any such occurrence by a Saviour. With the earth population burgeoning from just over 1.5 billion to over 6 billion in just over 100 years God and Christ have dispatched millions of Ministering Spirits, or Holy Spirits, to earth to guide humans on their pathway back to Heaven.

Answer the question. Even the chief teacher of the Roman catholic church, Thomas Aquinas, couldn't keep up with the rapidly evolving dogmas about Mary. He would be excommunicated for this statement alone: Thomas Aquinas: “Mary was not only free from actual sin, but she was also, by a special privilege, cleansed from original sin. She had, indeed, to be conceived with original sin. If Mary had been conceived without original sin, she would not have had to be redeemed by Christ, and so Christ would not be the universal redeemer of men, which detracts from His dignity. That third occurrence which you three equals one people never like to mention? ... passage reads: some said an angel spoke with Jesus. So Father God is an angel? Praying to Himself? ... no. Jesus was not talking about essence or divine substance when he said he and the father are one but his own insertion. Jesus was talking about the works and showing to non believers he is Christ. What is written doesn't need to be explained. Tertullian is a liar.
Given the fact that Jesus is not one of the many sons of Zeus, the god of the Greeks, and that the God of Abraham had never promised a Son to Israel but the Messiah (HaMashiak) which the Greek forgers and falsifiers translated as “Christos” as it is written: "I will raise among them the Messiah(Christos)HaMashiak, a Prophet(Messenger) like you Moses, Him they must listen..." Deut.18:15-19; Acts 3:17-24; Acts 7:1-30; Luke 24:25-27 and 44-47; Acts 17:1-3; John 4:24-25, Surah 3:81, etc. So Messiah(Christ) is a Prophet in the likeness of Moses as Matthew proved it. Like Moses He stayed in Egypt. Like Moses He is Mediator of a New Covenant. Considering that the Gospel that Paul proclaimed to the world mentions JESUS CHRIST SON OF GOD and not just JESUS. Therefore, we can deduce that Trinity is a misunderstanding of the Pauline doxology of “Father, Son, and Holy Spirit”! Because between Jesus Christ (HaMashiak) Son of God and Jesus Son of God... there is a great deal of philosophical and legal difference if we take for legal framework the TEN COMMANDMENTS and the social environment where Jesus was born!
Why is the Trinity nonsense? It is nonsense because it doesn’t make sense. It is illogical and beyond all reason. God, as shown in the Bible, has a singular personality. Therefore, he can be described as a singular person and he is, in fact, so described in the Bible. (Malachi 2:10, Ephesians 4:5,6, 1 Timothy 2:5, John 17:3, James 2:19, 1 Corinthians 8:5,6). On the other hand, God, as described by the Trinity Doctrine’ is (or is it “are”?) three persons in one God. But it doesn’t stop there. Each of the persons of the Trinity are supposed to be fully God and the only true God. You would think then, that there would be three gods. But, no, it goes on to say that there are not three gods but only one! In addition, there is the teaching that Jesus was/is 100% God and 100% man. To any reasonable person who has the ability to think, all this just doesn’t make any sense. Therefore it is nonsense. As you would expect from something that doesn’t make sense, it takes hours and hours to try to explain away, and ultimately, many are still confused. In the end it is labelled a “mystery”
Peace be with you Friend ❤️ The Bible shows the Doctrine of the Trinity. No trinity exists. The Trinity is just a CONVENTIONAL (i.e. false) doctrine. The Trinity is NOWHERE disclosed by the scriptures (neither OT nor NT). Jesus gives TONS of information regarding God! NO DOUBT Jesus would explain that God is triune and that Jesus is together with Father and Holy Spirit. But this NEVER occurs in his whole life. On the contrary Jesus reiterates He is WITH THE FATHER ONLY. The trinity comes from a MISUNDERSTANDING: the Spirit of God (aka Holy Spirit) is NOT A THIRD PERSON: He simply is God (almighty) who is a spirit (Jn. 4:23,24).

You're paraphrasing things to make it sound like Tertullian "Proved" the trinity God. He did not. He himself concluded they are separate beings and not one God. Also, he read in Latin, which was before Gen 1:26 was translated to English. In Latin, there is no "LET US, or OUR IMAGE. The same is with the original scripture a well. When properly translated it should read something like this: God said, I make man in my image, and in the likeness of the animals to have dominion over them. We share al the characteristics as animals, Heart, lungs, blood, hair, we breathe air, drink water and we're made of this earth material, just like the animals and so on. It is also self evident we are not made in the likeness of God, as he has a completely different shape and appearance than we do as shown in Rev 4:3. Of which, no one else shares or has that appearance, not even Jesus. Therefore, we know that Jesus is not God, as even his body was not made in the likeness of God. As such, there is no such thing as triune God. Jesus is God's son, one of the many that he has. He is not part of this Triune God people want you to believe in.
I’m so glad I quoted from Ch 9 at 2:10 in the video because it refutes your whole point that they are separate when Tertullian literally clarifies this point that they are inseparable.
That sounds all made up. Begotteness refers to nature, therefore to be called God's Son is saying Jesus is of the same substance as the Father which means Jesus is God.
@@andys3035 God is not made of the substances of this earth. Jesus is. Begotten means born of flesh from a woman. Jesus is also not eternal and was born in heaven after the 4th day of Creation. Therefore, this still leaves God Almighty as the ONLY God of Creation and all other things.
@@antichrist_revealed the term "substance" is a metaphysical term describing what God is. God is by nature Spirit, which is non-coporeal. And begotteness is used of human conception and is used analogically of Christ in relation to the Father. In a human sense, to be a "son of" means that person is in the image of its progenitor and is by nature of that which it has its origin. You are of this world; I am not of this world." God is Spirit, yes. But his description in Rev 4:3 is not one of a spirit being, as spirits are presumed and assumed to be invisible. Therefore, God has two characteristics himself. His spirit radiates from his throne, his word creates things, yet he is not completely invisible where he is established, but is invisible to us just as the air that we breathe is invisible. The Holy Spirit did not come down to Jesus until he was 30 years old. This was his power to perform by the will of God. It was not of his own power that he did things. "And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one." So while there are three in the heavens that agree as one, they are in fact not one. They are three totally separate beings. One is spirit, but has a body like a Sardius Stone, another is spirit with a flesh body, and the other is just a sprit sent to help with understanding and called the helper. So while the three exist by the spirit of God, so does the heaven and earth, the sun, the stars, and so forth. Yet they are not called God. Satan also exists by the spirit of God, yet he is not called God, but will make an entrance as God not far from now, and does so now in the churches and the world as he proclaims his Antichrist Jesus as God. God's other sons are also from God, but they too are not God, nor are they called God. Yet they are sons, brothers to Jesus. So while all things are created by God, not one of them are God or a God. Not even Jesus. Your illusion of who and what you think Jesus is, does not stand the test of scripture.
Typical straw man fallacy. You can’t definitively objectionably disprove God anymore than we can definitively objectionably prove God using your basis. And yet, there’s far more supporting evidence for God compared to the contrary.
And one more christian who has no idea what a strawman fallacy is. How nice. I know you cultist can't show your god, and all of its versions, exists. I, however, can point to the utter lack of evidence for this imaginary friend, and can show that at any time you claim one of these silly bible events happened, no one noticed.
The Holy Spirit can keep going on with many more verses just like this. This is God’s gift of grace (Acts 2:38). Repent for the Kingdom of God is coming!

Small correction: Since a part of the definition of Christianity is Trinitarianism, no one who gets the idea of Three distinct Persons in One God wrong willfully is Christian. This includes Arians, Partialists, Modalists, Nestorians, etc.
I agree with you 🙏
It’s interesting that someone could believe in and worship Christ, but still not be a Christian because or those finer details.

The Trinity! God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit!
Praise the Lord for the life of Tertullian.
Given the fact that Jesus is not one of the many sons of Zeus, the god of the Greeks, and that the God of Abraham had never promised a Son to Israel but the Messiah (HaMashiak) which the Greek forgers and falsifiers translated as “Christos” as it is written:
"I will raise among them the Messiah(Christos)HaMashiak, a Prophet(Messenger) like you Moses, Him they must listen..."
Deut.18:15-19; Acts 3:17-24; Acts 7:1-30; Luke 24:25-27 and 44-47; Acts 17:1-3; John 4:24-25, Surah 3:81, etc.

Tertullian also wrote that he was accused of teaching the same things as Valentinus (greatest Gnostic).
What that means, that word "hypostasis" also "person"
God bless.
3 persons = 3 Gods = Tritheism

@DenisBonichov Tertullian teached that the Father is superior to the Son and the Holy Spirit. That is the Son preceded from the Father and the Holy spirit came from the Son. So his understanding of the Trinity was very different to the current understanding of the Trinity.
4:40 About Genesis 1 verse 26, Jesus had confirmed in John 17 verse 11 when Jesus pray to Father in Heaven, He said "... so that they may be one just as We are"
That's the way I would summarise the doctrine:
To be predicated as God = to be necessary, eternal, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, omnibenevolent, relational, and immanent
Therefore
Father = Necessity, Eternality, Omnipresence, Omnipotence, Omniscience, Omnibenevolence + Son's immanent presence , Spirit's immanent presence= divine
Generates / is not +
Son= Necessity, Eternality, Omnipresence, Omnipotence, Omniscience, Omnibenevolence + Father's immanent presence, Spirit's immanent presence= divine
Both spirate/ are not +
Spirit = Necessity, Eternality, Omnipresence, Omnipotence, Omniscience, Omnibenevolence + Son's immanent presence, Son's immanent presence= divine
= Trinity
To be identical to God = to be identical to the Trinity, which is immanent within each individual person
Therefore
The Father (in whom the Trinity is immanent)is God
is not
The Son (in whom the Trinity is immanent) is God
is not
The Spirit (in whom the Trinity is immanent) is God
Bro, no one here understands quasi modal logic. Make a syllogism instead

Tertullain is the One who First word the Word "Trinity" in Latin.
5:00 Isnt that a plural of majesty?
That doesn't even exist (at least in the Hebrew)
Some argue that he was speaking to the Divine Council.
Plural of majesty didn't exist back than, It became a thing in the Middle Ages
I know you're not supposed to create analogies since analogies usually tend to become some form of heresy but I like to see Divine Substance as a sort of universal that only The Father, Son and Holy Spirit share in instantiation.
3:19 what does He meant by "God is incapable of form"?
I think he meant as in God as spirit, he’s not saying that God is incapable of taking a say human form, but that God in essence is a spirit!
Paraclete is pronounced "Para-Cleat", not "Par-sa-let". It's the Greek word for "advocate, counselor, or helper".
Here are some resolution highlights to consider:
Logically, the Greatest Creation is the community of other beings equal in capability and morality to the Creator, aka the community of eternally True Friends, aka sharing True Love.

The Trinity:
One God existing in three coequal, coeternal, consubstantial divine persons:
God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit, three distinct persons (hypostases) sharing one essence/substance/nature (homoousion).
In short; God is One Essence in 3 Persons. All 3 sharing the Same Essence, making them all Interconnected as God & being United as One.

I thought Tertullian also said the son is subordinate to the father?
You are correct. Tertullian was a subordinationist, not a Trinitarian in the Nicene sense. In Against Praxeus, the work cited by Sanctus, Tertullian wrote, "The Son is ignorant of the last day and hour, which is known to the Fahter only," as Jesus said in Matthew 24:36." He also wrote, "...the Father is the entire substance, but the Son is a derivation and portion of the whole...Thus the Father is distinct from the Son, being greater than the Son..." This is in keeping with what Jesus said in John 14:28, "The Father is greater than I."

Jesus says we also share God's essence and Adam was created in his image. Are we also part of the Trinity? They aren't the same and the Trinity is made up.
The authority of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is equal.
When mankind thinks of those who rule among us we often think of a single individual. One with the power and funds to do anything. One who we must obey. Over millennia of time this one strong ruler concept has proved to be more times a failure than successful.
In God’s realm there are three who make up God, The Trinity.
One is the Father, who’s name is hallowed
One is the Son, who’s name we invoke to make a request of God
One is the Spirit, this is the one with the power to make things happen
Since the beginning of time this has proven to be a successful way of power sharing.

Peace be with you Friend ❤️
What did Tertullian say?
“There was a time when the Son was not. . . . Before all things, God was alone.”
Here it is Not saying that the Second Person of the Trinity Was Created.
I just noticed that, I must’ve misread the word, thanks!
If you have eyes to see and ears to hear, listen:
“At that same time Jesus was filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit, and he said, “O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for HIDING THESE THINGS FROM THOSE WHO THINK THEMSELVES WISE AND CLEVER, and for REVEALING THEM TO THE CHILDLIKE. Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way.” (Luke 10:21)
“Truly I tell you,” He said, “unless you change and become like little children, you will NEVER ENTER the kingdom of heaven.” (Matt. 18:3)
Now, remember that show, “Are you smarter than a 5th grader”? Are you willing to be humble and be like a child? Take the test yourself and find out.
The topic is based on the doctrine of the Trinity. This doctrine declares the Godhead is triune being comprised of Father, Son and Holy Spirit who are “co-equal” with each other and “are all God”. Without being a bible scholar or having to twist scripture, this is really quite simple. Ready to test yourself?
Elementary 5th grade reading and basic 2nd grade math show us the truth of this matter; hence being like a child just like our Lord said:
Open your Bible (most won’t), go to the gospel of John and read John 1:1-3 as it is written:
In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him.” (John 1:1-3)
Now do the basic math. How many God beings do you count?
They own it and they sent it (John 16:15)
Don’t know who the Holy Spirit is?
The answer is found again in Matthew 18:10 for it is written:
“Beware that you don't look down on any of these little ones.
Biblical truth is solely based on the word of God (John 17:17)
It’s time to unlearn one of the greatest lies of so called “modern Christianity”.
Finally, let’s read Proverbs 30:4 together:
“Who has ascended into heaven, or descended?
Who has gathered the wind in His fists?
Who has bound the waters in a garment?
Who has established all the ends of the earth?
What is HIS NAME, and what is HIS SON’S NAME,
If you know?
One more time, how many God beings do you count? 2 or 3?
Still don’t believe it? Let’s continue reading the rest of it:
“Every word of God is pure;
He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.
DO NOT ADD TO HIS WORD,
Lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar.” (Prov. 30:5-6)
FACT: The word “trinity” isn’t found anywhere in the Bible as it is “added” to His word. So now ask yourself, who is the liar?
If today you hear his voice, harden not your heart!
Repent for the Kingdom of God is near!

The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit are all 1. Voice from Heaven? ... read John 12 v29 thru v31
Why was Father God cast out from Heaven during the third occurrence of the voice from Heaven. That third occurrence which you three equals one people never like to mention? ... passage reads: some said an angel spoke with Jesus.
So Father God is an angel?
Praying to Himself? ... no. Father Jesus simply was speaking of Himself in third-person.
Just like a human man can speak of himself in third-person. Just like a human man can hold both titles of father and son.
Question on the word Elohim? ... understand it's a word used to denote leadership as with Moses in Exodus 7 v1
Why couldn't Father God Himself have created a human body for Himself ... and come down to do exactly the same things as Son God?
Oh by the way. The Holy Spirit overshadowed the virgin Mary causing her to become pregnant.
Seems reasonable to say the Holy Spirit is Father God.
So why does Father God get to claim fathership when some other God person is Father?
And if Father God Himself is not the Holy Spirit, what is He?
See. You three equals one people are really binitarians. Not trinitarians.
Then you fail to understand Jesus is the last Adam. Meaning the flesh and blood body is not its own person.
Because only the flesh and blood body died on the cross. The Holy Spirit of Father Jesus did not die on the cross.
Anyways. Father Jesus will confirm this message soon enough.
Go get rebaptized in the name of Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin
Following a man’s teaching just like you worship a man.
But yet you don’t worship God or follow his teachings. God is one, Jesus is a messenger. I hope you figure this out because you will be asked why you worshiped Jesus and not him, God will call upon Jesus. Jesus will say he never thought you this but yet they followed the writings of Tertullian.

We follow God & Worship God. ❤
Jesus is more than a Messenger, he is The Only Begotten Son of the Living God. He is Fully God & Fully Man(John 1:1,14,18). ❤✝️
Jesus was not talking about essence or divine substance when he said he and the father are one but his own insertion. Jesus was talking about the works and showing to non believers he is Christ. What is written doesn't need to be explained. Tertullian is a liar.

According to your faulty personal interpretation. The ecumenical councils are infallible, you are not.

You guys are so dumb, may Christ with His Divinity extends His Grace upon you and make you see
You're paraphrasing things to make it sound like Tertullian "Proved" the trinity God.
You are both physical and spirit, which is both corporeal and non-copreal, so there is no inconsistency with God having both by virtue of the Incarnation. And begotteness is used of human conception and is used analogically of Christ in relation to the Father. In a human sense, to be a "son of" means that person is in the image of its progenitor and is by nature of that which it has its origin. So no, it isn't that which is born of flesh when speaking about Jesus.
@@andys3035 As a matter of fact it is. Begotten in our world means born from a woman. Jesus was also born from a woman in heaven as shown in Rev 12:5.
He was later born from another woman when he came down to earth to take up a human form. He has two mothers, but one Father.
"You are from beneath; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world."
God is Spirit, yes.
"And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one."
So while there are three in the heavens that agree as one, they are in fact not one.

I cant even show you what im thinking much less show you my God. But i did sleep at a Holiday Inn last night and i woke up “believing”.
And one more christian who has no idea what a strawman fallacy is. How nice. I know you cultist can't show your god, and all of its versions, exists. I, however, can point to the utter lack of evidence for this imaginary friend, and can show that at any time you claim one of these silly bible events happened, no one noticed.
2 or 3?
Having established that both the Father and the Son are God from what you just read, now read the following verses: John 5:17, 5:19, 5:20, 5:21, 5:22, 5:23, 5:26, 5:30, 5:36, 8:28, 12:50, 10:30, 14:6, 14:23, 14:28, 15:10, 17:3, 17:5, Rom. 1:1, Rom. 1:27, 1 Cor. 1:3, 1 Cor. 1:9, 1 Cor. 8:6-7, 1 Cor. 15:27-28, 2 Cor. 1:2-3, Eph. 1:2, 5:20, Philip. 1:2, Col. 1:3, 1 Thess. 1:3, 2 Thess. 1:2, Phil. 1:3, Heb. 1:8-13, 1 Peter 1:3, 2 Peter 1:2, 1 John 1:3, 1: John 5:20, 2 John 1:3, 2 John 1:9, Rev. 3:12, 7:10, 21:22-23. Now do the basic math. How many God beings do you count? 2 or 3?
Now, ask honestly ask yourself, where in this world does 1 + 1 =3?
The Holy Spirit can keep going on with many more verses just like this.
They own it and they sent it (John 16:15)
Don’t know who the Holy Spirit is?
The answer is found again in Matthew 18:10 for it is written:
“Beware that you don't look down on any of these little ones.
This is God’s gift of grace (Acts 2:38).
Let the Bible explain itself, it's quite simple and straightforward. The teaching is very simple without having to twist scripture and believe in something that just isn't there like the word “trinity”. Biblical truth is solely based on the word of God (John 17:17)
It’s time to unlearn one of the greatest lies of so called “modern Christianity”.
“Every word of God is pure;
Repent for the Kingdom of God is coming!
