You bunch of legends! Here’s a link to the MUDPIES CHRISTMAS SHOP launch : www.etsy.com/shop/spingobeans Hope you’re all having a fab day/morning or night! Lots of love from the mudpie family xxx
I was shouting at the telly ‘it’s a MURDER BOTTLE’ when you found the baby feeder. Which I’m sure you guys would’ve found extremely funny in my accent! 😂
I cannot believe how addicted I am to your Mudpies channel. lol ... when I see that you have posted I run and get a nice hot cup of tea and settle in for the show. Marvelous ... simply marvelous. Thank you.
Omg!!!!! I couldn't believe it when you pulled up the "Kays" bottle! It's my name, so I went into your Etsy shop and bought it. I'm stoked 🙂 Brilliant finds yet again, so thank you for a bottle I will always treasure x
Super duper find on that lark, love the blue bot and the large pouring inks and the ginger beer bot. What a nice lot of the more unusual finds too. Stay safe and keep wollowing.
Another fabulous video with amazing finds. Especially like the stoneware. The baby feeder is a sad reminder of how an innocent looking item can bring such heartbreak. We certainly can’t change history but we can learn from it. Thank you for sharing and have a great weekend. 😊🇨🇦
Love the ginger beer and the blue bottle and the lovely stonewares. Great finds and I like the new mud shoes Josie. They looked as though they worked well. Good adventure.
I'd like to think I'm wierd and wonderful...haa. Love the shoes. Hate bots that you think are awesome only to kick you in the..... A great day for you both... Keep on squelching. What a beautiful day...and rainbow.
The mudders are out, can’t wait to see how it goes, I take a stick paddle out with mine for balance, I’ve got stuck a couple of times so good luck Josie 😊👍 from Jackie
I worked the mudflat collecting shellfish for many years. I have a lot of items from yesteryear. The oldest being a very small pipe. I took it to our museum, it is one of the first pipes ever made, hence its tiny pot as tobacco was very expensive when it first came to our country. Bottles, ink pots, seaman’s shoe buckle’s, clay pots, fossils. Being a Navel city, Portsmouth. Many objects. I am to old to traipse those flats now but I loved being out on them. Watching you both brings back fond memories! 👍👍👍💜💜
That feeder bottle is amazing if a little creepy... Love the ice blue and the more turquoise bottles as well. Snagged some things from the shop, very happy to see you all in another video!
Your ceramic finds are always my favs. You're both witty & watching your fun is a great break from the insanity of the US. PS please take your duchess back!
Absolutely beautiful shots of the sunrise, thank you so much for getting to the mud that early in the morning. Your haul of finds were just reward; that baby feeding bottle design was a welcome change from the usual bottle shapes - same class as the mallets and onions! Earthenware jars were as good as they get, that big biscuit colored one of yours Josey was a stunner.
@@Mudpies I am indeed, would be nice to experience a wintery Christmas for once rather than our usually hot summery ones. How about yourself? Any plans for the Mudpies?
Wow! That the estuary that keeps on giving up the treasures, for sure. What a bitter-sweet find on the baby bottle, Josie. I have a feeling many of them were destroyed before being discarded, due to the very sad stories associated with them, because very few are found. You both certainly found some stunning candidates for The Mudpie Museum. Congrats to you both on the launch of your new Christmas Shop!
I so happy for you and your Dad!! Those are some top shelf finds there!! Thanks for the time it takes to prepare for, go on the treasure hunting trips, cleaning up the finds, researching the finds, putting them on your website. I imagine it can be extremely frustrating and demanding.
Thanks Paige, it does take time but is a fascinating and engrossing hobby. It also helps us both relax and switch off at the weekend after a busy week of work. Hope you are well and enjoying the weekend 😀x
Thank you so much for getting me “out of the house” again! Favorite finds are both of the giant stoneware inks! Great to see you both looking so happy and having such luck.❤😊❤
Whoa! Lot's of beautiful belters on that trip! I love the Dundee jar and that wee paste jar that was close to the Dundee Marm jar. That was also such a beautiful beginning to the vid showing the sunrise. Thanks so much for sharing this trip with us!
Some absolute beltstiens this week. The big lotus colour pouring ink was my favourite and the murder bottle is a nice addition to the collection. The torpedo still awaits you Josie
Loved all the great squelchy finds today. Even a rainbow to lead to the treasure! The stoneware and pipes are always my favourite. The history of the baby bottle is so sad. Oi..oi from Oz! ❤️😊
OMG for Andy’s use of triumvirate. I love it! This was another fun adventure. So much amazing juiciness! I have so say, my favorite part was the sunrise. I’m really a night person, but I really do love a good sunrise. Surprisingly, I really like that slick blue apothecary bottle. And that Italian mineral water(?) bottle is stunning also. Looking forward to the next adventure! Be well!
Super finds this week, well deserved considering the amount of trudging through the mud that you do. Those murders seem to be very good but time will tell. Very enjoyable episode and good luck in the future.

What an amazing bottle harvest 😲 that baby feeder, my first thought was it was a wee wee bottle 😂😂😂. I'm so rubbish at this 🤦♀️😂. We just want to say that we absolutely love your videos. We made mud pattens to use when we came over to the Medway in the summer, but we couldn't pluck up the courage to use them. 🤦♀️🤷♀️. You guys make it look so easy. Jacs xx
Hello there Jacs. I think you should pick a nice flat area close to the beach and give them a go! Maybe take a ski pole or stick with you for support. I will say that they can be quite treacherous going up and down slopes 😂😂. Take care and have a great next adventure 😀x
Your new shoes brought you good luck today Josie. OMG on the story of your baby bottle. I saw another channel find a bottle of stuff they also called a Baby Killer. As it had morphine as an ingredient. History is a fascinating thing & we can learn so much from forgotten items. Ty for taking us along on that Killer Sunrise adventure
