What a windy day! An amazing day to! Wait till you see the video next week…. What I found is … I have no words. Find out next week! What’s your favourite find today?
Love your videos Adam. You're really knowledgeable without being pretentious about it. And your quirky style is fun to watch. Keep up the good work mate! 👏
Great video, we think you have turned into a Cockney Sparrow lol. We love the pork pie ink and of course the slipware. We will have to team up shortly for one of our capers👍😊. All the best from Mark and Julie
Hello 👋 from New York USA you Found Some Amazing Finds my Favorite Finds Definitely was the Broken piece of Pottery with the cow 🐄 on it the pork pie 🥧 and the Flask with the Teaspoons Thank you for Bringing me Along with you I can't wait to see What you Find Next 😊
How lucky you are to be able to walk along your river and pick up history. Here is Australia, we get attacked by crocodiles, bull sharks and deadly stone fish. Totally enjoy your videos
I'm lying in bed with flu feeling lousy and you really cheered me up. I long to get mudlarking soon - fed up of being so ill! Thanks for posting & lovely finds xxx
Hi Adam. When you were looking in the river saying isn’t that amazing to think of what’s down there you missed a big gold coin. Adam, I find you delightful to listen to. You’re absolutely endearing. You would love going to a Victorian bottle of Dump. They are absolutely filled with bottles. Cheers from California.🤗🤟🏻😎🇺🇸
Great finds, unusual to see a clear ink bottle isn't it? and so many bottles. I recommend you try a Melton mowbray pork pie they are absolutely delicious with a bit of mustard .
Thanks for the adventure. I would worry about getting hopelessly stuck in that mud, but you just seem to skip right along without slowing . That’s a skill!
Hello Adam, thank you for sharing your wonderful larking day with us. So, so many lovely finds. You'll reach 7k subs before you realize it. Greetings from the U.S.A.
Morning Adam, what a fantastic channel you have, some of the things you find are truly amazing. You must have eyes like a hawk to see some of the things in the sand, sea & mud. Can I just say I love some of the music you play on the channel to, really addictive, love Alex to. Stay safe & can't wait for the next video. Andy. 👍😊👍
Where's Si....??? Lol love these mudlarking channels, many years ago about 1988 give or take a year I use to paddle around on the slipway in the harbour when I was about 8 and I use to stay aslong as possible and the tide got to ankle deep and its just silt with worm casts ahead of the slipway and as I was paddling around in the mud I saw a goldish colour leant down thinking I found a pound coin but it was a 1945 3penny bit and as I was stood looking at it the silt had settled and I could see 2 more disc shapes so I picked em up and they were big old pennies from the early 20th century, it was only my feet that uncovered em and when I can afford a decent metal detector I'll be back especially the inner harbour because there's a pub on the side with loads of benches and I know people throw coins in especially people over for the TT races and I've thrown coins in myself for future mudlarks..
What cool finds! Thanks for taking us along on this adventure. Sometimes I use a product called Oxyclean to soak bottles as the peroxide helps; for stubborn rust stains there’s a powder called “ iron out”. Both are available here in the states; I would think also in GB. Thanks again for sharing your adventure and happy hunting.
Haha!! I’m not sure 🤔😆 what accent are you hearing, then I may be able to pin point it. Haha! 😂 funny you say that though, 30+ have said the same thing. I am baffled!! Thanks for watching 😊 have a lovely weekend
Googled your question.. It says archeologists prefer "sherd" or potsherd when they unearth historic or prehistoric fragments of pottery. Or stone or glass fragments, as well. Shard refers to broken pieces of pottery.
I'm sure you know this for cleaning bottles, but full strength bleach left for a few hours will 100% remove all your green algae growing inside. 😊btw thank you for NOT placing photos of your finds in the thumbnail ad for your videos; (whats the point/the fun/ mystery in watching if they have already shown the finds)?🤔
I agree Erin! It’s best to keep it all a secret till the end aye? 😄 many thanks for the tip, and thank you ever so much for watching! Have a lovely rest of your week! 🧡
