    I would look into Artist grade card stock I use it in my oil pastel art work it's thick and takes a beating with all the blending I do.

    It might mean extra steps, but what about a third layer of plain cardstock between for additional stiffness? As for adhesive getting it from a rattle can I would steer clear of even if you like the 3M product. The application is haphazard, it seems to me. I would prefer some basic glue stick, you can control it and have time to adjust before it cures.
    Nice that you have a Protecto case and that this time the car is gonna stay there, unlike that one guy you made a Corvette for and he just tears it open to race

      Ya, Zelda. That corvette roadster was also in a car card case. BTW, I now have 130 lb paper. I need to to see if I can print perfectly on both sides. No glue.
