Thanks for the video! While snappic seems overwhelming, it actually looks a bit more user friendly to me, and refined than touchpix (which I'm using now) especially when it comes to video effects. I don't think snappic has an overlay template designer & library, and like the new template designer on touchpix but not sure if it's worth keeping just for that... What's your opinion so far on those two?
Great point! Yes, I did notice Snappic can better their options when it comes to creating an overlay. I can honestly say Touchpix's designer tab to create an overlay is very easy to use, but at the same time you end up with a very basic overlay, however you just gave me a good idea💡 I should put out a video going over the pros and cons for TP, LB, and Snappic.
So I've watched thisna few times and I love it, BUT I think Sanppic could work on the user face, to make it more user friendly. You have so many options and features that are awesome but you can't find them lol. Or you don't know they're there. I appreciate the 24 hr support and the masterclass though 100%
That is great feedback! The user interface is what kept me from diving into Snappic. I am taking it one day at a time to really learn the inns and outs because the type of production that can be achieved through their tools. I honestly would not recommend this application for someone that is barely starting off unless they are somewhat familiar with video editing and want to achieve a high-level production to cater to high-end clients. I am just happy that we have options as photo booth business owners. I hope these application developers continue to innovate, so we can evolve our business and provide an extraordinary experience during this lifetime 👽🤙🏻
And some of you thought you needed a degree to operate LumaBooth, you are going to need a double major and counseling for your mental health. I was totally confused but guys I got y’all. I am going to study this app just like a did with LumaBooth and do a tutorial.
I love the enthusiasm!! A business owner ready to take on new challenges 🤝 It's all about gaining new experience and growing. Thank you for sharing Doris.
@@canarycapitalrentals I learned LumaBooth in about 7 hours with focus. Because I am a teacher, I will study Snappic when I am on my one week thanksgivings break. This way my brain will be clear of children and I will be able to concentrate.
Loved the video, but Snappic feels too complicated and overwhelming, that’s coming from someone that uses Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and color grades on a weekly basis for work.
Got it! I'm working on setting up an event for a digital booth on Snappic for the first time. I'll be sharing my thoughts with you all soon. I am learning quickly how to swiftly navigate through the event setup process. I believe when you're enthusiastic about learning something new your mind allows to soak up knowledge much faster. For example, I know some folks that use Lumabooth and have no desire to learn Touchpix because they find it to complex and Lumabooth works well for them. I'm a curious soul by birth, so I'm excited about diving into a new photo booth app. Thank you for your honest feedback. I plan on having another session with Snappic to share some of the feedback I'm getting from you all❤

What is their customer service number?
There’s a chat box in their website. You will get a fast response. This is one thing I really admire about their customer service.
