Yeah, I think they all got liquidated pretty quick
@@CardboardBots I mean, they're neat for a minute, but they have basically zero posibility, and some of the core bots were kinda crap, imo...
Cool like your work 😁👍
Thanks Sargeant
@@CardboardBots At your service. Salute 👍
Couldve been a cool collab that Lazy Eyebrow 3d printing limbs, idk the cardboard idea was smart
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe something to explore in the future.
He's kind of like megatron from dark of the moon
I can see the resemblance
Sho 'nuff!!! Gotta get my Huff!👍
Dats da stuff
I use to have that toy when I was 4 I miss it :(
He's not hard to track down.
@@CardboardBots How do you find him?
@@FailyPal i tried eBay, collector groups on Facebook, message boards... the usual. I eventually bought it at www.transformerland.com based out of Florida.
@@CardboardBots Gezz thanks man!!
Just the best. As always.
Well to answear your question...
1 Combiner whos arms and legs turn in to a trailer.... Or something similar
G1 Ultra Magnus
RID2001 Ultramagnus
Energon Landmine
PofP Prime and Hotrod
2 How well the PCC did as an toy line..... Not too well.
Most of the drones "arm" and "leg" modes looked like a pile of SCRAP on the string...
And unfortunetly, from what I had seen... Huffer/Crankcase, Heavytread, and Leadfoot/Overun where the only figures that worked, and looked good in all 3 modes.
Plus the minicons, they weren t bad as an idea, but thanks to translusive plastick they where literary CRACKING them selfs.... Especially thanks to having translusive balljoins.
But besides that I really liked the idea, plus I really, REALLY like most of the PPC robot designs...
Thanks for the examples. That Energon Landmine looks interesting.
It seems like most of the examples out there are more like armour that only works for its main user and is non transferable.
I think I should sketch up my idea.
@@CardboardBots "sketch up" what idea?
@@dedalionarts6077 Something like an add on trailer for Combiners Wars Motormaster or Optimus prime. The Trailer would come apart into articulated limbs with the standard combiner pegs. So it would be compatible with other CW torso bots as well.
@@CardboardBots hhhmmmm sounds like an ambitious idea..... Wish ya good luck, and I would been MORE them curioes to see the resolts..... Any chance you will do a video about this in the future?
@@dedalionarts6077 I doubt that I could ever make it or build a 3D model, but I could draw up a design concept. I suppose I could do a video of the process or the resulting sketches. Don't hold me to it though.
Will you review Kingdom Huffer when you get ahold of him? Like will that Review FOR SURE?
Yes these reviews are a build up to Kingdom Huffer... wherever he comes out.
@@CardboardBots yeah, Kingdom seems to be slowly entering the markets and seems to be mostly in Canada from what I hear.
Energon Optimus Prime had a funky trailer with 4 drones that became his limbs. But yea, Power Core Combiners were a very strange phase; the cores were great but small, and the drones were garbage. In truth all the combinations looked awful, but we were so thirsty for anything that combined.
That OP was balls to the walls a wacky design. I've never seen it in person.
Go huffer, go! Crash man FTW!!!
Crashman's music is always a crowd pleaser
@@CardboardBots to be certain. I feel like the music closest to huffed from mega man would be the password theme from MM2
That one cuy who said cry is right if you want actual drones since they somehow cost more than an In box pcc combiner set
lol
In that case, it would be smarter to buy a complete box set.
@@CardboardBots its amazing how bad people are at maths
i have found stakeout drones for £80
and a complete stakeout costing £33
so the box set should be £340 going by the drones prices i have found
@@KilosFoxo yes deals can be found if one but looks hard enough
@@CardboardBots it's more the lack of logic that astounds me
We stan huffer
We stan huffer?
I'd call him puffer
That's a good name for him.
The latest Huffer from Earthrise left a lot to be desired.
Really? I was pretty pleased with it despite its short comings.
@@CardboardBots I do enjoy him as I am a Huffer fan...but the hands were very weedy and loose and the way they just tuck in kinda sucked. They should have folded in completely or something. I do love the gun and shield though. And he does have his characteristic hood. But that hand issue sticks with me for some reason.
Yeah those hands become truck kibble
Me: I have Crankcase and he has his limb drones, but no Minicon.
Is he supposed to come with one?
@@CardboardBots From what I can remember with Power Core Combiners, figures were sold in either 2-pack and 5-pack sets. Huffer is one of those 2-pack sets that come with the Minicon Targetmaster (which in his case, Caliburst), while his mold brother Crankcase is a 5-pack set that came with a couple of repurposed/recolored drones from Skyburst (radar plane and helicopter) and Bombshock (missile launcher and jeep).
@@Zyugo ok, i think I understand
They wouldn't waste Optimus's name for a line of combiner nobodies. And it wouldn't match with the whole theme of them being "All new guys"
Was that the theme... I don't really know much about the line.
@@CardboardBots The whole line was mostly new guys that reused names. It caused lots of confusion since people didn't knew if they were the movie versions of dudes or G1. I think that Vector Prime stated that most of them are their Movieverse forms.
can't get enhuff!
You said it
I always thought this was a cool toy, and didn't need the PCC mode. Your limbs look better than the real ones btw.
and that’s saying something about the pcc limbs because my homemade limbs were pretty rough...
Maybe he should've been called, "Buffer". But I bet that's taken.
Indeed! That's a good one. I should crowd- source my dad jokes.
@@CardboardBots If you do crowd-source all those dad jokes you could make a book out of it.
Ha ha ha - I had no idea when I left that comment I would end up as the punchline to a 'bit', well done to Ian S to teeing me up so beautifully. The 'Hobo Budget Solution' worked perfectly.
The season of the Huff continues - ahh, aren't we all looking for a trailer to call our own. Also, you should totally copywrite 'Breast Masters'.. I feel the idea has room to grow :D
We can trademark Breastmaster and put it on shirts. What could go wrong?
I don't plan my bits too far in advance. It's all pretty spontaneous. I only noticed there was a spelling mistake in your screen after I uploaded the video. But that just adds to the charm.
@@CardboardBots spelling mistake ? Well that’s just me all over...you should see my scripts LOL 😂
@@CardboardBots HAHAHAHA.. ah man, are you reading this Hasbro?

Ahhh the good old crash man tune. No wonder why you gave it to Huffer considering he's always crashing Autobots spirits eh eh. I'll see myself out
