Damar Hamlin - From Survivor to Advocate | At the Heart of It

Buffalo Bills Safety Damar Hamlin collapsed from sudden cardiac arrest during Monday Night Football as the whole world watched. Most people don’t survive a cardiac arrest outside of a hospital. But thanks to athletic trainers and emergency personnel who immediately performed CPR with an AED, he has made an amazing recovery. Damar shares intimate details about his recovery and how it led him to discover a new purpose and a higher calling. Through his Chasing M’s Foundation, Damar is giving back to the people who helped him get to where he is today and lifting up the next generation through a variety of youth initiatives.
