Another idea is hamburger stew. Warm and filling and goes a long way. You can make it with all kinds of ingredients or just use McCormacks stew mix. The more you add, the bigger pot you need. Can add potatoes and carrots and canned beans (pinto, kidney, green) corn, along with hamburger meat and stewed tomatoes and tomatoes. I makes a huge pot for every potluck at work (i work at a shipyard) and the guys gobble it down. That would be a easy thing to make in a huge cooker to keep warm. Just a suggestion.
