Just rewatched this and again, have to say this home is really interesting and the choices in design well thought out. The creative flooring is a whole new level that, for this home, works. I love the half wall in kitchen providing a bit of seperation between sitting area, a clever use of space to be sure. With a keen eye and nod to the 1920s era, this labour of love breaks out and away from the mundane, predictable and safe. Well done.
It’s hard to contemplate the thousands of individual design and purchasing decisions that went into this project - the end result is stunning - what an incredibly talented human.
Pretty gorgeous! I suppose most of us can take elements of this beautiful design and apply them to our own homes, but this home is most definitely out of reach for most of us. Nice to dream though.
This is gorgeous. I would have swapped out the black tile in the coffee area with antique mirror as a back splash. Also the powder room wallpaper looks like it belongs in a little girls bedroom. Not a fan. I love the rest of the place though. Spectacular. I LOVE the primary bathroom. That bath is to die for.
They’ve done a phenomenal job. It really is spectacular… but does anyone even need this much space? Like a pantry, foyer, mud room, two coffee bars etc etc etc.
In a black room, a study, in this case, she should have used lots of built in LED lights, she should have installed stretched ceiling with linear LEDs. Black rooms needs lots of LEDs.
Some parts of the house look amazing and some parts not so much. Living room looks nice. Tv room not so much specially with that beautiful window in the tv room , the furniture doesn't accentuate it .The pantry looks great, dining looks nice , guest bathroom not so much bedroom not so much.
Completely un-relatable. Feels like a museum not a home and juvenile choices of stark differences-dark study/white hallway…it wasn’t done well by a seasoned interior designer but by a person wanting to try her hand at design. It’s not bad to try new things but it’s so appealing to the eye when a person has a gift for this work. ‘I didn’t want a box at the front entrance’-well, you have a box at the front entrance.
It’s difficult to make so many modern shapes and furnishing choices feel timeless and homey. She’s nailed it.
It’s great!
Wow! This is my number 1 home in this channel ! So fun and elegant
That skeleton arch brought me joy. I don't think I've seen that and it's stunning!
She is truly a pro because she combined modern + timelessness and also added in some personality to make it unique and elegant yet comfortable.
Probably one of my favorites in this channel!
Top 3 homes I've seen on this channel. Bravo to her!
Gorgeous!
Fun and modern, but still very classic. Good job!
OMG, this is PERFECTION! This would be my dream house purchase. EVERYTHING about this house is INCREDIBLE!

Love the kitchen and the family room💕
It's fabulous. Well done! Out of my reach and that of many, but still I love seeing it. And it breaks nicely from what we usually see on this channel.

I think my comment is always the same on this channel….ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. 😂😂😂
Your not wrong so keep saying it 🤣👊🏾🤣

Beautiful home. The front room sofa is ❤! I still don’t love sinks in the island tho.
The house is gorgeous, the kitchen is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The dining room floor made me a bit dizzy, but loved the decor.
Pretty gorgeous! I suppose most of us can take elements of this beautiful design and apply them to our own homes, but this home is most definitely out of reach for most of us. Nice to dream though.
Love the house!
Very well done
This is exquisite
Very unique house for a limited audience.
Nice house.

Is the standing mirror affixed to the wall? So gorgeous.
Really interesting.
I love the kitchen but long as the doggie loves it that’s all that matters🤣
Nice 😊❤
إبدااااااع 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
I would like to know where she bought the chair for dining, bar and living room!
I would love to know the source of the large pendant light in principle bedroom.
Does anyone know where i can get the rug that is in the primary bedroom?
does anyone know where that gorgeous butter yellow / golden sectional is from?
Perfect, but you need one or two cleaning ladies to tidy all the sweet details every day
So many wows while watching this. i think the arch is a bit weird.
In a black room, a study, in this case, she should have used lots of built in LED lights, she should have installed stretched ceiling with linear LEDs. Black rooms needs lots of LEDs.
I'm shocked by whom the sponsor is for this program....😮😂
Beautiful home.❤
It is not bad. But again wallpaper in a powder room?
I don't like vessel sinks in the bathroom
i never seen people bragging about fixer upper than white Canadians people 😅
It is a lot of people that brag about their home regardless of race you could’ve kept all that🤨
In a bedroom she should have designed a headboard and night tables by herself and as one piece. Instead of just installing a standard bed.

Your poor taste isn't a reflection on this designers work.
