A little about me.. My name is Dr. William Rahal, I’m a Board-Certified plastic surgeon practicing in Beverly Hills, California. I will love to do thecsurgeries, I lost atound 70 pound after gastric bypass now I have all this saggy skin and not financially able to do the procedures. I'll keep praying and declaring that I will be pretty soon at his office doing añl these surgeries
