Ryu could potentially win if he just mastered the Hado and Nothingness. Asura, is not superior to anyone, just because he killed a god. And it's kind of frustrating to look at the comments that suggest that if Asura can kill gods and god of creation, he can beat anyone. How absurd.
@@Fulcron13 ikr, asura isn't much of a trained martial artist like Ryu and the others, 'Gods' and the god of creation focus only on their abilities while trained fighters like Ryu and others focus more on controlling their energy. Ryu can just parry the shit out of the planet destroying blasts.
I like how the first stage Ryu and Asura meet in is a reference to the Thailand stage where Ryu and Sagat first fought in the Alpha series (I think!). Edit: This fight could've honestly ended with Asura punching Ryu in the gut 🤣 Why escalate it like that?
Dunno if anyone cares but if your late to getting all the button presses done in the last part of the fight against Evil Ryu its an instant gameover. Tried to show this off to my ex and all since at the time we were still together but every time i was 1 button off, had to restart. It was infuriating.
by a long shot he's way more fun. Hell i'd take 3 Chakravartin fights over refighting Ryu, and its all cause of that end sequence. And it also doesnt help that if your to close to E.Ryu at times, his mid-phase thing of the super shyruken into blasting the piece of moon back, has a chance of instant teleporting you INTO his attack. It happened all 3 times i was close but not in his face, to im here being insta killed cause fuck you Ryu.

Yeah, everyone is like "Bleh you suck" but it's not friggin easy. Ryu is super frustrating, Gouki is way more fun.
