Look into a company called Digital Stream Energy (DSE). Green energy company that uses the flare gas on oil well sites to run a natural gas generator to power the miners. They just set up 2 pod, shipping containers, for immersion fluid.

How would you cool the output of all those machines that he has in the container though? He would need a huge system just to maintain it at 65 F.
The machines are constantly putting out energy unlike produce where once you start cooling it you can maintain it's temperature.

Im a power engineer, When having power blips we have a backup system called UPS system uninterrupted power supply
But the ups system has a 10 to 15 min run sometimes or more depending on size until the back up generator kicks on usually diesel backup generators
