DIY Shirred Back Dress with Bow Ties + Sewing Pattern
Today I’m happy to share with you how to sew this absolutely charming gathered, ruched, and shirred dress!

Here are the materials you’ll need:
- 2.2-2.5 m (2 1/2 - 2 3/4 yds) woven fabric
- 1.3-1.4 m (2 1/2 yds) lining
- 2 cm x 50 cm (3/4” x 20”) strip of interfacing
- Stay tape or 1.5 cm (1/2”) wide strip of organza
- Elastic thread .75 mm - 1 mm
- Bra cups
- Marking tool
- Matching thread
- Glasshead pins
- Scissors
- Measurement tape
- Sabine pattern
