The End Is Nigh - Super Mega Cart Deathless

Around 9h of practice and attempts. Past world 6 there are only a few levels that I found difficult: 7-9, 7-10, 8-9, 9-10, and 10-6. These either had a single awkward jump, or a whole awkward section.
