Hey, next time you should take one bite of rice with the gundruk (fermented leaves) next bite with the saag, next with the cauliflower, next with the karela fried and next with the chicken curry.
I'm glad you liked it. The chicken is probably hard because it was local chicken and not the broiler one.

in thakali you ate that seeds and leave its actually calle gundruk and bhatmas and gundruk isactually made of saag dried and it is very famouse in nepali .
