Dalle (akbare) chillies are more spicy yet healthy chillies and that tama noodles was actually meant to taste like fermented bamboo shoots which actually taste completely different and better than those artificially flavoured noodles.

Hey Nepali here, i usually eat 2 pm and Current (both 2x spicy) with fried buffalo keema which for me enriches the flavour even more. For this reason, i always make sure to have a stock of buff keema as it can also be used to make mo:mo at home.
I was wanting you to put that dry noodles into the souppy one and try it... nd baaaammp you did it.. its sooper tasty.. i love it... try making dry version of waiwai by cooking in very lessss water and fry it and again fry it with rice... its alsooo sooper ...

Tama is a young bamboo which is very famouse in nepal . it is eaten as vegetable and some people even store it in a bottle by just adding salt and which becomes sour after some days and add in soup also eat sour tama which is very delicious
