would love to see pics/vids. I hope it is a better survivor than mine. If you need help with parts etc, please reach out, I have been researching the past year on this bike and found some great resources.
@@topdeadcentre Nope, the 250 is a total rust bucket but the tanks not bad. Engines locked up and someone put a Kawasaki front end on it and used it for a dirt bike and the crank case is cracked. The Mojave is in pretty good shape kinda. Wheels are rusted and the connecting rod is oval shaped on the wrist pin end. Found a few parts close to me and just ordered some parts Tuesday from Philadelphia, Pa. I hope it legit. It’s on Google and e-bay. If you know of other sources I’d love to know.
@@budlistar5312 if you have ordered from PA, I have a feeling you got the right guy already, but here is his ebay store : www.ebay.com/str/santodimotocicli?_trksid=p4429486.m145687.l149086 Extremely helpful, always ready to accept returns, and goes above and beyond to make your project a success. Listed there right now is a NOS tank, full front end and a headlight assembly for the 250. Looks like if you have the budget you got that you need. Given the condition of the 250 it might be cheaper to get a donor bike. I know someone tryng to sell a 35o with matching engine and frame, but only bill of sale and while the engine isn't ceased, he also has made no attempt to start it. The bike is in otherwise complete condition, and can start for a better platform for a restore project.
I was just " gifted" one of these same year and all.
I'm definitely going to be watching your build to get mine on the road
Oh how wonderful. Does yours start? These bikes have such a nice exhaust note.

Just recently picked up a 250 Riverside and a 360 Mojave. We had 7 Wards bikes way back when.
