Yes! She was amazing during that of fashion era. She was one of the first scene Queens known to the internet. This video is very famous as well over 1mil views ..
I remember when I was little, I would watch so many videos like this because I always had the desire to be a scene/emo kid… and now that I’m finally older, I’m gonna do anything in my power to fulfill that aged dream.
I remember watching your "scene hair" videos my 8th grade/ freshman year lol I graduated high school this year & looking at this I'm like whoa what the hell was i thinking xD
I was too young so I couldn't have a scene phase when it was still popular but now it's 2022 and this will be the rawring 20's and I can fulfill my dream
I remember watching this the first time when I was in 6th grade (2012)and I started waking up at 5am to do my hair everyday in elementary and middle school ❤️I won’t lie I miss these looks
when i was a kid i thought my teenage years would be like this. now I’ve just turned 13 and, all i get is “egirls”, phone wars, coronavirus and deaths of legends. WHAT HAPPENED?
My friend is having an emo/scene themed birthday party because she never went through this phase in high school and desperately wanted to. I'm gonna do my best to tease the sh¡t out of my hair 💀 I'm so glad you still have this tutorial up lol
One time I was putting in hairspray and I forgot to close my eyes and I sprayed it right in my eye... O.o it actually didn't even hurt, I didn't even really feel it.
I'm 32 and when I was a teenager I wasn't allowed to do this hairstyle and I kinda fell out of love with it in my 20s, but in my Rawring 30s I'm living my Myspace Trash DreamCore life. You're never too old to do what makes you happy.
Awww so bummed! I periodically come to binge your old videos (makeup tutorials and outfit videos) for nostalgia sake and they’re gone 😭 hope you’re doing well! Thank you for the memories ✨
My username is literally stuck in time. I created this account in 2010. Everyone was obsessed with being kawaii, spelling love like luv, rawr, XD. It was so real and I miss it.
SOOOOOO.... I'm considering trying a scene girl look and came across this video... I don't even care if this style is out of fashion... this is a LOOK!
@@TheDayToDayLife Bless you for still replying to comments on this! I am definitely gonna do it. The wig in my profile pic is the one I'm gonna use... Can't wait! Even though I'm 33, I still love dressing in fun ways... And this hair is everything!
Invest in good hairspray. Such as Big Sexy Hair or Redken (I definitely recommend Redken). After a few sprays of either product, my hair stays puffed up and in place for hours. The thickness of your hair also plays an important role. Thicker hair is always a little tougher to obtain a style like this. If your hair isn't layered than consider doing so. Get the bottom layers thinned out.
I am curious to see if skipping the conditioner works for you as well.. lemme know. also lots of hard hair spray.. don't use light hairspray.. get something with lots of hold in it:) my favorite is "big sexy hair" they sell it in salons.. its like 13 bucks but it is totally worth it.. it works like magic!
this really helped me im 12 and im working on getting scene hair and i didnt know how to do it but now i know how and its actully pretty easy i thought they cut there hair and do the frizzy thing but this is way easier thanks :D
lol at the fact that even if it was made 3 years ago people are still going to do it because it looks good. Pants were made in 1812 yet people wear them now.
You can get extensions without having to cut your hair off. It makes it thicker if you don't cut it. I have naturally long hair but I get extensions for thickness and I started teasing my hair again recently and it looks just as good.
well scene hair comes in many diffrent forms hers is actually pretty big for an everyday look you can just tease it less and trust me when you tease it the first time it wont be that big and your hair has to get use to the teaseing when you tease the first time its not use to it and bearly does anything so if you want to do your hair scenely then just teaseless and my mom didnt want me doing it ethier but after awhile she got use to it
This is literally history, one day they will teach kids in school about this era
Yes! She was amazing during that of fashion era. She was one of the first scene Queens known to the internet. This video is very famous as well over 1mil views ..
No they won’t teach kids about this in school lmao
it’s coming back
About the era, yes but most definitely not about rawr x3 scene kids

Kota Swinford me too
She had beautiful hair didn't she? However her natural brunette hair was better than her blonde white to silver hair. Today her hair is natural again.
The fact that she called herself “juri-San” at the beginning absolutely GOT ME🤣
I REMEBER WATCHING THIS VIDEO LITERALY LIKE 4 YEARS AGO BC I WANTED TO BE SCENE SK BAD

This was my morning routine before school everyday. Waking up earlier was dedication to the hair.
Your hair looks literally so gorgeous.
You make it look soo easy! Love this! And the tiara!
OH MY GOD. I finally found this video again with the tutorial & her gramma walks in
XD
The top of your hair looks like a heart haha ^^
cutest girl out of all these tutorial videos

You're never too old to do what makes you happy.
By far my favorite video on how to do scene hair
omy i'm back in 2023 i can't even discribe my feelings while watching this again 🥺
I come back to this video solely for the song. I can't find it anywhere!

I am 14 years old and wants to look scene/Emo.
I think this video is awesome!
And i'm jealous of your hair! You are soooo pretty!

Awww so bummed! I periodically come to binge your old videos (makeup tutorials and outfit videos) for nostalgia sake and they’re gone 😭 hope you’re doing well! Thank you for the memories ✨
I remember trying this video ages ago and I came across it again. Hi again 😂😂
Hi and welcome back.. ^^
Amazing hair, so I am taking it for best results is to use your real hair to tease and the extensions for the length?
This is the Juri San I miss :/ wish she's make more videos. I remember I started watching these freshman year, senior now. Miss you Juri!
you. you are amazing. hair stylist jacked up my hair & now i know how to fix it. THANK YEW!!!
Only thing missing is the authentic emo music. Ah yes, great times. I miss them. You and Ambrehhh were my all time favorite ❤️
I miss this era 💗
I LITERALLY WANT THIS STYLE, ALSO AM I THE ONLY ONE HERE IN 2021???
this was my childhood, and now i'm 24, right back at it
Scene hasn't really caught on in England, so it's good for the few individuals to stand out more. Thanks for the tutorial ^^
now THIS is what i've been looking for
time to learn from the masters of the art X3
You've got to be the prettiest girl I've EVER seen! And nice hair!!!
first i had no IDEA ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how to tease my hair this video was so helpful !! thhnx so much!!!! U ROCK!!! ;DD
I hate it when people call me that! I am so with you!!!
This hair remains iconic
Its 2023 and i still love and use this tutorial ❤❤❤
This is the best scene hair tutorial I've ever scene. Pun intended but I genuinely mran this
This video was my life. I miss the scene days.
Here in 2024. Remembering how I watched these tutorials as a teenager
Funny I still want hair like this.
OMG you are the prettiest scene I ever seen ! I love your style :)
I love to keep watching your videos even though I don't do my hair like that lol
Your hair is gorgeous WITHOUT all the teasing and hairsprayingg. :o
My username is literally stuck in time. I created this account in 2010. Everyone was obsessed with being kawaii, spelling love like luv, rawr, XD. It was so real and I miss it.
You were our champion, yet they were too harsh in you Queen.
I love how you do your hair its amazing !
SOOOOOO.... I'm considering trying a scene girl look and came across this video... I don't even care if this style is out of fashion... this is a LOOK!
Just do it!

Thank you so much for keeping these videos up! I hope you're doing great.
I'm gonna try this and actually wear it to school one day instead of just on weekends :D
following along 12 years later…

"i love my diadema, her name is samantha" that's so cute lmfao
this is the only video about scene hair, which i actually found useful q; thanks! :3

this really helped me im 12 and im working on getting scene hair and i didnt know how to do it but now i know how and its actully pretty easy i thought they cut there hair and do the frizzy thing but this is way easier thanks :D
I didn't needed any extensions to do it, 'cause my hair was long enough... I suppose. But it worked perfectly! Thank you!
lol at the fact that even if it was made 3 years ago people are still going to do it because it looks good.

You can get extensions without having to cut your hair off. It makes it thicker if you don't cut it. I have naturally long hair but I get extensions for thickness and I started teasing my hair again recently and it looks just as good.
i was always told that people that were 'scene' were try hards.. but i think YAY for individuality! :)
I watched this soooo many times the year it came out
I think I'm going through a scene phase. But I can't cut my hair or my mom would have a cow. XD
me too XD I got a wig and am going to try and cut it :)))
HAHA loving the granny! I am going to get a scene hair cut soon and this really helped me!!! THANK YOU!!!!
i love it but i feel like if i tried to do this i would fail miserably
Just do it.. ^^
her hair looks so neat when she does it,,, like whenever i 'try' to tease my hair it looks like a big hairy ball
You know the hair is gonna be good when it’s from the 2000s🩷
Oh my gosh that so pretty!:) i love it
:o YOU MADE IT SEEM EASY...IT TAKES ME LIKE AN HOUR TO DO MINE AND MY HAIR IS
NOT EVEN THAT LONG...
That was the cutest thing I've even scene.
She does it so perfectly. I can't do it :( teasing my hair is so hard. It doesn't even tease properly! Even when I spray it first!! Argh!
Worst thing about the "scene" hair is brushing it out at the end of the day. Deff brings some tears to the eyes
what was the music you put on at the start? she was changed
Saying hi to your granny, naming your diadem, and putting adorable comments throughout the vid. I wanna meet you.
well scene hair comes in many diffrent forms hers is actually pretty big for an everyday look you can just tease it less and trust me when you tease it the first time it wont be that big and your hair has to get use to the teaseing when you tease the first time its not use to it and bearly does anything so if you want to do your hair scenely then just teaseless and my mom didnt want me doing it ethier but after awhile she got use to it
so iconic! but she changed the music 🥺🥺🥺
Unfortunately, I had to
Tomorrow I go to the hairdresser for this hair! Im so happy XD hopefully it will turn out great :D
soo pretty!!! i could never make my hair go like an oval err.. i guess i just gotta practice more. :) (two thumbs up)
